Mi sono presentato il giorno dell'appuntamento, dopo aver fatto mille salti mortali per essere preciso,quando mi presento, mi viene incontro il Tizio stesso che mi aveva fissato l'appuntamento, chiedendomi cosa desiderassi. Fatto presente che mi aveva fissato lui quel giorno per la messa a punto dell'auto , con fare letteralmente serafico, mi dice che comunque per quel giorno non era in condizione di riconsegnare l'auto, in quanto, evidentemente, aveva altri lavori da effettuare. Purtroppo questa è la mancanza di professionalità che contraddistingue certe persone. Ritengo un comportamento del genere da condannare al massimo. Se dai un giorno ben preciso per fare il lavoro lo devi rispettare, senza se e senza ma. È sicuro che, per quanto mi riguarda, non porterò più l'auto in questa officina.

Having pointed out that he had fixed me that day for the tuning of the car, with a literally seraphic way, he tells me that in any case for that day he was not in a position to return the car, as, obviously, he had other work to carry out . Unfortunately this is the lack of professionalism that distinguishes some people. I consider such behavior to be condemned to the maximum. If you give a specific day to do the job you have to respect it, no ifs and buts. It is certain that, as far as I am concerned, I will no longer bring the car to this workshop.
