Bad experience with the staff, they leave you to fend for yourself, while they laugh about personal intimate adventures. I was about to buy, but then I preferred to let it go, and nobody noticed anything!

Very assorted shop and excellent staff. The girls in charge of the sale, very kind, helpful and very sweet. Ditto the manager, I think his name is Alberto, professional and very attentive to the customer. If I could give more stars I wouldn't hesitate. From today I will be a regular customer.

Sono entrata e nessuno mi ha chiesto se mi serviva un aiuto per la scelta e la prova delle scarpe, nonostante si fossero accorte che stavo provando diversi modelli. Fossi il titolare le avrei già mandate a casa da tempo! Direi molto self service!
Store stocked, but left in the hands of young girls who have absolutely no desire to work. I went in and no one asked me if I needed help choosing and trying on the shoes, even though they realized I was trying on different models. If I were the owner I would have already sent them home for some time! I would say very self service!
