Staff were helpful translating with us and letting us sample, best pistachio ice cream I've ever had, infact THE best ice cream I've ever had. 11 euros for 4 ice creams of different sizes and a coffee.. bargain!
Clean and modern, great place to spend an hour #icecreamheaven.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Off the beaten tourist path. Definitely a locals place for espresso, gelato, pastry and calzonne. Need a car from Ortigia or Siracusa to get there. There is a Gelati Bianca in Ortigia with just gelato and espresso. More expensive here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t get mislead from the building outside: just walk in and experience the true Sicilian Breakfast. We couldn’t get enough of their Granita with Mandorle (Almond), their Pistacchio croissant (that actually taste like pistacchio!) and Calzoni (our snack lunch-to-go). That has been our breakfast for all our stay in Sicily.
Bianca Bar Gelateria has different stores around Siracusa but this is their laboratory outlet. Our daily starting spot for exploring the area.
Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is nice inside (wasn't it that the AC was dropping water from the ceiling and we had to change table)
We ordered 3 waffles and they took half an hour to bring them and they broight them one every 10 minutes so we ate all at different times.
The waffles were way too crunchy and mine was even burned! :(
Positive thing is that you have the option to put ice-cream on that.
I'd say it's an okay place
