Fantastici, ormai sono il mio punto di riferimento per ogni problema ai telefoni. S	Serena Sottile on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi reco 2 settimane fa per farmi riparare la fotocamera del cellulare e dopo l'analisi del danno, dato che non avevano il pezzo in negozio, il proprietario mi dice che lo avrebbe ritirato. Mi contattano comunicandomi che era arrivato il pezzo e oggi pomeriggio mi reco in negozio. Mi accoglie un tipo un po' scazzato (guarda che ti pago) tranquillamente senza mascherina (ciao covid!) che mi dice di lasciargli il cellulare con il mio PIN sbocco (ciao privacy) e tornare dopo un ora. Dopo un ora torno e il tipo scazzato mi dice che non me l'ha riparato perché il pezzo di ricambio non ce l'ha (il pezzo lo aveva perché l'ho visto con i miei occhi ma lo avevano rifilato ad un altro cliente)! Avvisarmi era troppo faticoso?? Morale della favola: ho ancora la fotocamera out e neanche le scuse per il disservizio creato! Sconsigliatissimo!!!!! After an hour I come back and the pissed-off guy tells me he didn't fix it for me because he doesn't have the spare part (he had the part because I saw it with my own eyes but they had handed it over to another customer) ! Was it too tiring to warn me ?? Moral of the story: I still have the camera out and not even an apology for the disservice created! Not recommended !!!!!

In questo momento (le 20:18) sono più di 20 minuti che stiamo aspettando fuori dal negozio per poter ritirare il telefono, la cosa che fa più ridere è che c’è scritto sulla porta “torno subito”.
