Peccato per la qualità che lascia a desiderare e uno non si aspetta quando spende cifre di un certo tipo.
Ho speso più di €200 per un vestito e ho già dovuto portarlo due volte dalla sarta.
Sia chiamando il negozio che il servizio clienti del Rinascimento non mi hanno ne rimborsato ne sostituito l'abito.
Direi che magari per la prossima volta sceglierò un altro negozio e consiglio di fare altrettanto.
Peccato perché gli abiti sono davvero belli.
Basterebbe un po' più di elasticità nel servizio clienti.

I have spent over € 200 for a dress and have already had to take it twice to the seamstress.
Both by calling the shop and the Renaissance customer service they did not refund or replace my dress.
I would say that maybe next time I will choose another store and I recommend doing the same.
Too bad because the clothes are really beautiful.
A little more flexibility in customer service would be enough.
