★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Commesse che deridono le clienti pensando di non essere sentite (mentre riordinano i capi al centro del negozio pieno di avventrici)
Uscendo dal camerino al centro del negozio ho sorpreso le commesse a parlare male delle clienti (me compresa) pensando di non essere sentite.
Ero intenzionata ad acquistare il capo provato, ma data la scorrettezza del personale sono uscita senza acquisti.

Coming out of the dressing room in the middle of the shop, I surprised the salespeople talking badly about the customers (including myself) thinking they would not be heard.
I was willing to buy the tested garment, but given the incorrectness of the staff I went out without purchases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio è stupendo. Peccato che una delle commesse sia stata molto sgarbata. Mi ha mentito riguardo la rifinitura del vestito che volevo comprare. Terminava con delle frange e quando ho asserito che le frange erano molto rovinate e alcune non erano presenti neppure mi dice che è la macchina che ne produce di più di quelle necessarie e si sfilano. Restia dal comprarlo, mi sono diretta comunque verso la cassa, le ho fatto un altra domanda ed e stata scortese, quindi ho deciso di non comprarlo. Quando le ho detto grazie, non mi ha neanche salutato. Veramente pessima. Alla fine ho comprato il vestito online e assolutamente le frange non erano rovinate erano perfette!!! Quindi mi ha ingannata. State attente!!

I am reluctant to buy it, but I went to the cashier anyway, asked her another question and was rude, so I decided not to buy it. When I said thank you, she didn't even greet me. Really bad. In the end I bought the dress online and absolutely the fringes weren't ruined they were perfect !!! So he deceived me. Be careful !!

E parecchio elegante questo negozio,amo lo stile che ha,adatto per cerimonie, in generale gli abiti sono molto di qualità,particolari ed eleganti,mi son vestita con una tutina elegante x la comunione di mio figlio. Per occasioni particolari tenetelo in considerazione...i prezzi sono nella media...io spesi 80 euro. I vestiti sono bellissimi!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I capi di questo brand sono stupendi, i prezzi non sono bassissimi ma adeguati alla qualità. Purtroppo in questo punto vendita avevo smesso di andare , preferendo cercare questo negozio da altre parti, perché è quasi sempre presente una commessa che ha espressioni e comportamenti particolarmente sgradevoli.....sgarbata e maleducata, a tal punto da mettere in difficoltà la cliente dal chiedere di provare i capi. Non è solo una mia opinione ma anche di amiche che hanno smesso come me di andare. Oggi ho voluto riprovare trovandomi là ad entrare e ad acquistare ma ho avuto la conferma . Peccato....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata nel punto vendita di Savignano, shopping Valley. Dopo una mezzoretta a provare vari abiti da cerimonia,ne scelgo uno. Vado alla cassa e la commessa mi dice che il prezzo esposto nel cartellino è sbagliato. La colpa è stata loro,ma si è rifiutata di vendermi l'abito al prezzo esposto ,pur sapendo che la legge tutela il consumatore in quanto si trattava di prezzo ingannevole. Personale poco professionale,impreparato e poco gentile. Non lo consiglio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Mi hanno venduto due abiti stesso modello difettati, di cui uno macchiato e l altro con cerniera difettata. La cosa strana è che nel momento della prova, il vestito non rappresentava nessun tipo di difetto mi sono accorta dopo l acquisto di tali anomalie, infatti penso che gli abiti provati in ottime condizioni siano stati scambiati con quelli difettati. Ho richiesto il reso come giusto che sia ma mi è stato negato dicendomi di avere solo la possibilità di scambiarlo con un altro tipo di articolo che a me assolutamente non interessava dato che parliamo di un abito da cerimonia damigella in quanto dovevo assolutamente avere quel tipo di articolo stesso modello e colore.

The strange thing is that at the time of the test, the dress did not represent any type of defect I realized after the purchase of these anomalies, in fact I think that the clothes tested in excellent condition have been exchanged for defective ones. I requested the return as it should be but I was denied telling me that I only have the possibility to exchange it with another type of item that I absolutely did not care for since we are talking about a bridesmaid dress because I absolutely had to have that kind of Article same model and color.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come negozio, nulla da dire, i capi sono belli, nel rispetto dei gusti di ognuno di noi, i prezzi li trovo cari se fuori periodo di saldi, altrimenti si possono trovare delle buone occasioni. Per quanto mi riguarda le volte che mi sono recata in questo negozio ho trovato sempre il personale cortese, i capi perfetti senza alcuna anomalia.
È vero anche , forse per deformazione professionale, ogni volta che acquisto un capo di abbigliamento controllo che non abbia difetti, così evito di mettere in imbarazzo il personale.
Comunque a me non è mai capitato di trovare capi difettosi.
As a shop, nothing to say, the garments are beautiful, in respect of the tastes of each of us, the prices I find them expensive if out of period of sales, otherwise you can find good opportunities. For me the times that I went into this store I have always found the staff courteous, the perfect clothes without any anomaly.
It is also true, perhaps due to professional deformation, that every time I purchase an item of clothing that has no defects, I avoid embarrassing the staff.
But to me it has never happened to find bad leaders.
