Una commessa alta, capello rosso sbiadito dai modi e nel fare piuttosto volgari, mi ha servito. Non discuto sulla sua totale mancanza di classe o di gusto in quanto lo stile è soggettivo, quanto piuttosto all'assistenza fornita al cliente. Parlava e massaggiava al telefono. Le chiedevo una taglia e ne portava un altra. Ma come si fa? Penso sia cosa basilare selezionare il personale con un minimo di intelligenza, stile e buon gusto e non fenomeni da circo che invece di assistere la clientela, scrivono messaggi al telefono e parlano con le colleghe dell incontro con il tipo la sera precedente scendendo nei minimi particolari senza un minimo di pudore.
Capisco che non si possa pretendere troppo visto che non mi sono rivolto a una boutique, ma la mancanza più assoluta di professionalità mi ha lasciato basito.
Non tornerò mai più. Sono disgustato di tanta incompetenza e sopratutto di cosi poca classe.

I think it is basic to select the staff with a minimum of intelligence, style and good taste and not circus phenomena who instead of assisting customers, write messages on the phone and speak with colleagues about the meeting with the guy the previous evening, going down into the smallest details. without a minimum of modesty.
I understand that you can't expect too much since I didn't go to a boutique, but the absolute lack of professionalism left me thrilled.
I will never go back. I am disgusted with so much incompetence and above all with so little class.

Il personale è molto preparato e soprattutto educato.
Ogni volta che acquisto un capo lascio gli occhi su altri capi ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato nel fine settimana nel negozio Doppelganger del centro commerciale Romagna Shopping Valley. Ho potuto riscontrare un'ampia scelta di vestiario con un rapporto qualità prezzo imbattibile. Ma ciò che maggiormente mi ha colpito (e che sicuramente mi porterà a tornare a fare acquisti qui) è stata la professionalità, la disponibilità nonché la pazienza del personale che vi lavora e della loro responsabile di negozio. In un momento di affollamento di negozio, non hanno fatto mancare il giusto e necessario supporto a tutta la clientela presente. Un plauso e complimenti, insomma, direi consigliatissimo!
I was in the Doppelganger store in the Romagna Shopping Valley shopping center over the weekend. I was able to find a wide choice of clothing with an unbeatable value for money. But what most impressed me (and that will surely lead me to return to shop here) was the professionalism, availability and patience of the staff who work there and their shop manager. In a moment of crowding of the shop, they did not lack the right and necessary support to all the customers present. An applause and congratulations, in short, I would say highly recommended!
