★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una VW acquistata in concessionaria in corso Marche da mio padre, dopo alcuni anni (4) e pochissimo utilizzo (8000 km), il cicalino avverte che è necessario un ‚servizio subito‘. Mio padre è anziano, la porto io, aspettandomi che il servizio sia programmabile in poche ore, che sia gratuito, che ci sia un‘auto sostitutiva in caso di attesa troppo lunga. In realtà mi prospettano un appuntamento dopo 20 giorni, almeno 400€ di spesa, auto sostitutiva a noleggio.
Devo anche cambiare la pila della chiave.

Scusate, ma io ho una diversa idea di servizio al cliente.
A VW purchased in a dealership in Corso Marche by my father, after a few years (4) and very little use (8000 km), the buzzer warns that 'service immediately' is required. My father is elderly, I carry it, expecting that the service can be scheduled in a few hours, that it is free, that there is a replacement car in case of too long a wait. In reality they offer me an appointment after 20 days, at least € 400 of expenditure, a replacement car for hire.
I also have to change the key battery.

Sorry, but I have a different idea of customer service.
