★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service! I didn't know there is a RIMOWA store in the airport so I didn't plan extra time for visiting. The store located at the airport departure level after security check. It's easy to find, it is located with all other shops together. With limited time we had before boarding, the customer service from RIMOWA clearly explained the luggage models, materials etc. We all know RIMOWA makes top quality luggages so I am not going to review the products here. After we decided to buy, we did not have much time left before boarding and we wanted to have the tax refunds. They quickly processed the payment and prepared tax documents at the same time. Not just that, the customer service personally helped us set up the luggage password and nicely offered helped us with the tax refunds documents and process. she then walked us directly to the tax refund office which wouldn't be quick to find if we had to find it ourselves. She also talked to the officer for us, everything went smoothly and quickly. Such great relief for us. She even walked us to the stairs that led to our gate which was a floor below. We really appreciated her help. Excellent customer service ???.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing customer service! The store is located inside the terminal after security, but we needed a luggage before checking into our flight, so they brought a selection of models (4 suitcases) into the arrival hall for us to look at.
Caterina was very knowledgable about the products, and she ensured that we were happy with our choice. Her response time through emails was also very quick. She even made sure we were able to find the tax refund office, thanks so much Caterina!
