★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We made a reservation ( autumn 2020)for 1 night in january 2021, and paid 150€ in advance, Due to Covid we were not able to travel, they kept the money for a possible reservation for 1 night in 2022, I have tried to book 1 night again but the only possibility now is :stay 5 nights!. The communication with this rifugio is very poor and rude unfortunately ,what i do not understand.
They will not give my money back
Are there more people with this experience?
Any tips for a solution welcome

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cute and cozy with great food. Really tasty deer. They only had house wine but we ordered a couple of bottles and were satisfied. The room was modern and clean with great views.
