B	Bri Fo (Fabry) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Santa Katia della Grava ai fornelli e Mastro Giorgio da Boldán bar tender ed istrionico intrattenitore, hanno messo in piedi un caratteristico locale dove si può mangiare la vera "cusina de Belún de 'na olta". È piacevole riscoprire il risotto "coi barúcol (spinaci selvatici)", o assaporare il "cunicio alla bellunese" con le "tegoline in tecia sofegade" (coniglio con tegoline soffocate); lo stracotto "de mus" (asino) e i "capuz col lart" (cappucci con il lardo). Poi la polenta, le patate al forno, gli antipasti (tra cui una carne salata di vitella magistrale), un onesto vino rosso o la birra alla spina, i dolci, accattivanti e soffici; poi ci sono le grappette, carugo, salvia, genziana o quello che il vulcanico istinto consiglia a Mastro Giorgio. Il tutto condito dalla cordialità di un ambiente domestico e dal piacere di aver ospiti, anche quando non si comportano come tali (e si vedono subito)... Le giornate pesanti o incasinate càpitano a tutti... Poi il panorama, però, offre momenti aulici sorprendenti, a più di 1000 mt d'altezza. ✌️?? Arriva una cameriera che ci dice buongiorno e se ne va. Dopo 3 minuti esce un anziano signore che come una furia impazzita inizia a insultare e gridando ci informa che il posto è privato e che dobbiamo velocemente levarci “da ‘e bal”, con un turpiloquio che culmina con una bella bestemmia. Ora, io Comprendo il periodo Difficile e senza problemi ammetto che avremmo dovuto accertarci che i tavoli fossero ad uso libero, ma se lavori con il pubblico, La Buona educazione, il sorriso e la Civiltà nn possono mancare. La carne è buonissima, roastbeef e gravina eccellenti, personale gentile. Assolutamente da provare, anche più volte per poter gustare le offerte del menù ampio e vario. Siamo stati serviti rapidamente ed il conto é stato più che onesto! Lo consiglio. Visited today for lunch, great meal. They also prepared a more than generous half portion for my son. Friendly and helpful service. We were served quickly and the bill was more than fair! I advise.

Ma non credo che ciò possa giustificare il senso di completo abbandono che abbiamo percepito da quando ci siamo seduti all'esterno del rifugio (addette ai tavoli che fuggono come anguille di fronte ai nostri tentativi di ordinare o anche solo semplicemente di avere qualche informazione), l'ora di attesa prima di riuscire a ordinare e, in definitiva, la sensazione di essere visti come un problema, come degli scocciatori , più che dei clienti. Mai più. It was Sunday, okay ..... we hadn't ordered, okay ..... But I don't think this can justify the sense of complete abandonment that we have felt since we sat outside the shelter (women at the tables fleeing like eels in front of our attempts to order or even simply to have some information), the waiting time before being able to order and, ultimately, the feeling of being seen as a problem, as a nuisance rather than a customer. e	easy V3nom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se si potesse metterei anche meno di una stella.. solo per il fatto di essere stato servito da un vecchio alla cassa che faceva battute per fare il grande davanti altri signori seduti sui tavoli.. sei anziano ma ti posso dire che se vuoi l’educazione posso insegnartela io se i tuoi genitori non te l’hanno data… e farselo dire da uno che ha 24 anni penso sia un po’ grave.. dirmi di svegliarmi e altri insulti con tanto di risatine mi sembra eccessivo, sopratutto per una persona che non conosci, se lavorassi io col pubblico cosí… a casa senza stipendio domani ! Solo perchè sei anziano non vuol dire che io non ti possa rispondere.. testa di ca**o ! Svegliati tu che vivi nel 1800.
