★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se fosse possibile mettere 0 stelle lo farei: dopo aver fatto un "attento" sopralluogo mi vengono installati i radiatori con più di un'ora di ritardo rispetto all'orario concordato. Il giorno, sempre con più di un'ora di ritardo, i tecnici si accorgono che non è possibile installare la caldaia a causa di un pilastro. Mi chiedo a questo punto a cosa sia servito il sopralluogo.... Per finire: i radiatori vengono rimossi e l'appartamento rimane pieno di macchie per i buchi nel muro otturati male.... E con un rubinetto che fuoriesce dal muro, che non viene rimosso nonostante l'appuntamento concordato.... Esperienza da dimenticare!
If it were possible to put 0 stars I would do it: after having made a "careful" inspection, the radiators are installed more than an hour later than the agreed time. During the day, always more than an hour late, the technicians realize that it is not possible to install the boiler due to a pillar. At this point I wonder what the inspection was for .... Finally: the radiators are removed and the apartment remains full of stains due to badly clogged holes in the wall .... And with a tap coming out of the wall, which is not removed despite the agreed appointment .... Experience to forget!
