 Negative. I called, 2 times, about 10 days ago for an intervention on the air conditioning system. Never answered or contacted. Not recommended.

Lascio a chi legge trarre le conclusioni sulla sua professionalità. 1 stella per incoraggiarlo a crescere, visto che rappresenta un nome importante della termoidraulica italiana.
Probably this gentleman would have had his good reasons to refuse a call for assistance, making me say to the second call, after a week: "he no longer provides assistance for air conditioners". I leave the reader to draw conclusions about his professionalism. 1 star to encourage him to grow, given that he represents an important name in Italian thermo-hydraulics.
