Al telefono ho chiesto un preventivo per due condizionatori, per poi avere la sorpresa che il prezzo era quasi il doppio (dimenticano sempre di dire che la chiamata costa 50€). Hanno sanificato entrambi i condizionatori, per poi solo dopo accorgersi che uno dei due è rotto e va sostituito, ma ho comunque pagato la sanificazione per questo. Non si può prima controllare se funziona e poi sanificare? Ora ho un condizionatore rotto ma ben sanificato. Poca professionalità e voglia di fare di fretta.
I called to have my air conditioners checked and cleaned. On the phone I asked for a quote for two air conditioners, to then have the surprise that the price was almost double (they always forget to say that the call costs 50 €). They both sanitized the air conditioners, only then after realizing that one of them is broken and must be replaced, but I still paid for the sanitization for this. Can't we first check if it works and then sanitize? Now I have a broken but well sanitized air conditioner. Little professionalism and desire to hurry.
