Leggo sul loro sito, completamente per caso, che comunque bisognerebbe confermare la prenotazione via Whatsapp. Dunque chiedo conferma della prenotazione, allegando screenshot di quella già confermata via web. La mattina alle 8. Mi rispondono alle 21 e spicci, e mi rispondono che non possono confermarmi la prenotazione perché ‘non ho prenotato anche la piega insieme al taglio e ormai non si può aggiungere’. E che la prossima volta dovrei prenotare direttamente su Whatsapp, che ‘è più sicuro’. Chiedo se nel mentre posso rimediare e aggiungere la piega chiedendola, appunto, su Whatsapp. Mi rispondono di nuovo, subito, di no perché ‘siamo in overbooking’. Tra la comunicazione allucinante, le tempistiche e l’incapacità di gestire strumenti che nel 2022 sono l’abc, tipo le prenotazioni da app (perché rendersi disponibili li in primo luogo allora? ?), dubito che ritenterò una seconda volta. Sono arrivata in negozio molto preoccupata (non ero una grande fan dei capelli ricci corti), ne sono uscita due ore dopo con un sorriso da orecchio a orecchio. Sono stata seguita passo passo, con esperienza, comprensione, e gentilezza: le ragazze sono estremamente preparate, e investono moltissimo tempo nell'analisi del capello riccio delle clienti, dispensando consigli e trucchi specifici per ognuna. Una vera coccola. Il risultato ha superato di gran lunga qualsiasi aspettativa: pensavo che mi sarei dovuta accontentare -per necessità- di un taglio che non mi piaceva, sperando che ricrescessero in fretta forti e sani; invece mi sono ritrovata con un taglio bellissimo, che mi fa sentire totalmente a mio agio, tanto da aver deciso di rifarlo e rifarlo e rifarlo ancora! Sono diventata una fan dei capelli corti, e non ringrazierò mai abbastanza Gabriella. Tornerò sicuramente tra un paio di mesi per sistemare colore e rifare il taglio. The result far exceeded all expectations: I thought that I would have to be satisfied - by necessity - with a cut that I did not like, hoping that they would quickly grow back strong and healthy; instead I found myself with a beautiful cut, which makes me feel totally at ease, so much so that I decided to do it again and again and again! I've become a fan of short hair, and I can't thank Gabriella enough. I'll definitely be back in a couple of months to fix the color and redo the cut. I can say, finally, that I have found my hairdresser! Thanks!! :)

Al telefono non rispondono, sul sito c'è scritto di prenotare via wapp, li ho tempestati di wapp ma niente, allora ho prenotato nell'unico modo che sembrava possibile ovvero tramite Google- UALA e il giorno stesso in cui sarei dovuta andare all'appuntamento mi chiamano per dirmi che non hanno posto per me...per cui appuntamento annullato a 5 giorni dalla comunione di mia figlia e alla mia richiesta di inserirmi in qualche altro buco rispondo che sono pieni. VERAMENTE POCO PROFESSIONALI.

Coccolata dall'inizio alla fine, lavoro ottimo (nonostante la marea di capelli e la situazione, era da tantissimo che non andavo dal parrucchiere). Non per ultimo il prezzo, più che onesto. Arrivavo dalla provincia con appuntamento fissato alle 9, arrivo davanti al negozio ed è chiuso. Avrebbe aperto alle 10. Aspetto un oretta convinta che per il disguido mi avrebbero comunque fatta entrare. Invece niente, mi hanno liquidata dicendo che fosse un errore dell'applicazione. Ma chiamare le povere criste prenotate alle 9 per errore avvisandole vi ruberebbe troppo del vostro sacro tempo? me ne sono tornata a casa. Due ore di mattinata libera da lavoro buttate. Ho deciso di andare a Ricciole e Stile per le ottime recensioni che ha e devo dire che hanno ragione. Davvero brave, Elena è stata molto paziente ed ha capito subito come tagliarli... che dire della asciugatura curly! Mai visti i miei ricci così boccolosi. Il locale è piccolo ma accogliente, usano e consigliano degli ottimi prodotti più adatti al proprio riccio. Prezzi più che onesti. Gabriela e il suo staff professionisti del riccio e anche del colore, io non faccio la tinta ma ho visto i colori di alcune clienti presenti bellissimi! Ci tornerò! I needed an urgent cut I was looking for a hairdresser experienced in curly / frizzy hair I no longer wanted the usual smooth styling after the cut. I decided to go to Ricciole e Stile because of the great reviews it has and I must say they are right. Really good, Elena was very patient and immediately understood how to cut them ... what about curly drying! Never seen my curls so bushy. The place is small but welcoming, they use and recommend excellent products more suitable for their hedgehog. Prices more than fair. Gabriela and her professional staff of hedgehog and also of color, I do not do the dye but I have seen the colors of some beautiful customers present! I'll be back!
