Ero stata qui qualche anno fa , sono tornata ed è stata un’esperienza che avevo dimenticato .. poi la cura e i consigli di Barbara per il colore, osservare le mani di Alessandra che tagliava .. uno spettacolo.. e poi soddisfatta dell’effetto finale .. oggi ho ricevuto tanti complimenti per il nuovo taglio ? grazie a tutto il team

I had been here a few years ago, I came back and it was an experience that I had forgotten .. then Barbara's care and advice for color, watching Alessandra's hands cutting .. a show .. and then satisfied with the effect final .. today I received many compliments for the new cut ? thanks to the whole team

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata su consiglio di vari amici. Purtroppo per me non è stata una bella esperienza. Staff carinissimo, tutti molto gentili ed accoglienti, purtroppo però non hanno fatto nulla di ciò che avevo richiesto. Avevo chiesto schiariture naturali e sono uscita praticamente completamente BIONDA, fra l'altro un colore poco bello, che non è né cenere né caldo. A distanza di due settimane ho TUTTE le punte bruciate.
Ho fatto anche il taglio, chiedendo qualcosa che rendesse i capelli "leggeri" effetto spettinato, risultato taglio completamento dritto. Ho chiesto alla ragazza di sfilzare e scalare un po' di più, ma cmq i capelli rimangono molto pesanti.
Risultato: colore sbagliato, taglio sbagliato e punte completamente bruciate= 210 euro.

I asked for natural lightening and I went out practically completely BLONDE, among other things an unattractive color, which is neither ash nor hot. Two weeks later I have ALL the tips burned.
I also did the cut, asking for something that would make the hair "light" with a disheveled effect, resulting in a completely straight cut. I asked the girl to stretch and climb a little more, but the hair remains very heavy.
Result: wrong color, wrong cut and completely burnt points = 210 euros.
