★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono bravi, ma di fatto non espongono prezzi e se lo chiedi al telefono, il giorno dell'appuntamento li cambiano. In una settimana per la piega hanno detto 3 prezzi diversi. La sola piega mi è stata fatta pagare 30 euro, nonostante non avessi voluto prodotti, peraltro una piega di 10 minuti con diffusore. Non è corretto verso la clientela. Esponete i prezzi!!!!
 They are good, but in fact they do not display prices and if you ask on the phone, they change them on the day of the appointment. In one week for the fold they said 3 different prices. I was charged 30 euros for the fold alone, even though I didn't want any products, which was a 10-minute fold with a diffuser. It is not fair to customers. Display the prices !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je suis allée pour un simple shampooing et brushing, j’ai un chevelure épaisse qui se coiffe facilement et c’est la première fois que je sors vraiment très déçue. J’étais la seule cliente et pourtant j’ai eu droit à un brushing bâclé, mon cheveu est poreux et donc il faut prendre le temps de le sécher. J’ai eu l’impression que c’était un concours de vitesse et que mes cheveux n’étaient pas complètement secs. C’était un travail d’amateur. Probablement parce que je suis une touriste alors personnes de passage à Rome vous abstenir.
I went for a simple shampoo and blow-dry, I have thick hair that combs easily and this is the first time I've come out really disappointed. I was the only customer and yet I had a botched brushing, my hair is porous and therefore you have to take the time to dry it. I felt like it was a speed contest and my hair wasn't completely dry. It was amateur work. Probably because I'm a tourist so people passing through Rome don't.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was not happy . They charged me 160 eur for orange highlights that were supposed to be blond and they cut my hair with clippers not with scissors like every normal hair stylist. The hair cut was like 2 min long. Thanks but I can save 160 and do it at home. They just lost a customer
