Ho portato per tre volte la stessa bici a riparare e continua a rompersi nello stesso punto. Una volta puo essere considerara un caso, due una coincidenza ma tre è una certezza. Non andró mai più. I didn't find myself absolutely fine. Probably the owner will have it with me. I took the same bike three times to repair and it continues to break in the same spot. Once it can be considered a case, two a coincidence but three is a certainty. I will never go again.

Non hanno nulla a che fare con le vendite, una mancanza di professionalità, di educazione e di cordialità mia vista prima d’ora!!! Abbiamo ordinato un semplice materasso dando l’indirizzo senza specificare il paese, la signora a quanto pare non ha molto a che fare con la tecnologia e non sono stati in grado di inserire l’indirizzo su un gps di modo che potessero capire dove si trova esattamente l’indirizzo. Mi chiama la signora per chiedere se la casa e al primo piano ma non ha l’intelligenza di chiedere anche dove si trova esattamente l’indirizzo. Specifico che aspettavo già da ben due settimane l’arrivo del materasso e ho chiesto gentilmente di ricevere il materasso entro il giorno stesso o il rimborso dei soldi, a tal punto il marito della signora si è messo ad urlare per telefono, nonostante gli urli del signore abbiamo deciso di presentarci nella loro sede per chiarire il problema, arrivate li, il signore ha cominciato subito ad urlare e a dire che noi non abbiamo specificato il paese, che è tutta colpa nostra e che loro hanno perso del tempo, essendo nella vendita di qualcosa dovrebbe essere il venditore a chiedere tutti i dettagli, ma vabbè... ci hanno fatto un bonifico dell’importo dovuto e ci siamo ritirate!!!La “gentilissima” signora si è messa ad offendermi dicendomi che è meglio se mi sto zitta dato che lei mentre faceva il bonifico sbagliava continuatamente l’iban!! DA EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE!! ABSOLUTELY AVOID !!!! Disappointing to say the least !!! Not recommended !! They have nothing to do with sales, a lack of professionalism, education and friendliness that I have seen before !!! We ordered a simple mattress giving the address without specifying the country, the lady apparently doesn't have much to do with technology and they were unable to enter the address on a gps so they could figure out where it is. exactly the address. The lady calls me to ask if the house is on the first floor but she doesn't have the intelligence to ask where exactly the address is. I specify that I had been waiting for the arrival of the mattress for two weeks and I kindly asked to receive the mattress within the same day or the refund of the money, at which point the lady's husband started screaming on the phone, despite the screams of the sir we decided to show up at their headquarters to clarify the problem, get there, the gentleman immediately started screaming and saying that we did not specify the country, that it is all our fault and that they have wasted time, being in the sale of something should be the seller to ask for all the details, but oh well ... they made us a transfer of the amount due and we withdrew !!!
