12-01-2019 dopo 10 mesi mi viene richiesto se ho acquistato da loro.
Sono danilo garuti
ho eseguito l'ordine con Martina Monti e non mi sono sbagliato nella recensione, e ripeto quello scritto sopra, i montatori sono bravi, ma con me non hanno fatto un bel lavoro, sono dovuti tornare 3 volte.
Disponibile a qualsiasi ulteriore spiegazione.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ brutta esperienza di acquisto. per una cucina è venuta una persona a prendere le misure a casa. avevo chiesto fattura per avere detrazioni fiscali. acquisto a maggio e montaggio a settembre. al momento del montaggio si scopre che non sono state prese bene le misure ed i ragazzi (che sono stati molto bravi) hanno dovuto fare modifiche ad un pezzo della cucina. il forno mi è costato il doppio del normale e quando l'ho fatto presente (prima dell'acquisto) mi è stato detto che forse erano rubati. voglio fidarmi e prendo gli elettrodomestici da loro. montato il piano cottura si tolgono le scritte dei tasti. chiamo il giorno dopo il montaggio e mi dicono di chiamare da me il servizio clienti del piano cottura. che schifo. cambiato 3 volte e pagato un sacco di soldi per un prodotto scadente. chiedo della fattura e mi viene dato uno scontrino fiscale di 4 euro per il contributo smaltimento degli elettrodomestici. risultato : ho perso le detrazioni e mi hanno pure trattato male quando l'ho fatto presente. prezzo alto e cattivo servizio. mai più!!
bad shopping experience. for a kitchen a person came to take measurements at home. I had asked for an invoice for tax deductions. purchase in May and assembly in September. at the time of assembly it turns out that the measures were not taken well and the boys (who were very good) had to make changes to a piece of the kitchen. the oven cost me twice as much as normal and when I mentioned it (before the purchase) I was told that maybe they were stolen. I want to trust and take the appliances from them. once the hob is mounted, the writing of the keys is removed. I call the day after the assembly and they tell me to call the hob customer service from me. how disgusting. changed 3 times and paid a lot of money for a poor product. I ask for the invoice and I am given a 4 euro tax receipt for the contribution for the disposal of household appliances. result: I lost the deductions and they also treated me badly when I mentioned it. high price and bad service. never again!!

Oggi che voglio cambiare configurazione dei mobili per nuove esigenze familiari mi stanno aiutando con grande professionalità ed ottimi consigli. Consiglio senza esitazioni.
Excellent quality furniture, burr-free assembly service. I approached them in 2013 for the furnishing of the living room and bedrooms and I have never had any problems. Today, when I want to change the furniture configuration for new family needs, they are helping me with great professionalism and excellent advice. I recommend without hesitation.
