 Great prices for both new and used material. They have everything in stock, spare parts for trucks, industrial vehicles and earthmoving machinery. The guys from the warehouse are very helpful and nice.

Richiamo un po' dopo, concordo per il pezzo rigenerato,
Tutto ok, prezzo pressoché accettabile visto i tempi e prezzi in generale.
Io avevo urgente bisogno del pezzo, riesce a spedirmelo nella settimana di accordo.
Arriva il pezzo,in fine settimana, finalmente posso montarlo, No!!
il pezzo non coincide con il mio anche se entrambi originali.
Richiamo ed espongo il problema.. Risposta NON SO COME POSSA ESSERE SUCCESSO.
eppure è così!
io ho sempre bisogno urgente di un pezzo idoneo quindi ho perso tempo e soldi (seppur più economico di un nuovo)
Morale dei fatti
Per loro la soluzione sarebbe stata nella settimana successiva (quindi altri giorni...) di nuovo il ritiro del pezzo e forse un eventuale ritrovamento del pezzo idoneo o forse rimborso. Con il cliente che aspetta!
Se il tempo è denaro e con i mezzi ci si lavora, fate un calcolo rapido del quanto si possa perdere aspettando la comodità della ditta.
Con me è andata così!!!!
In altre transazioni sarà sicuramente meglio.

I always urgently need a suitable part so I lost time and money (even if it is cheaper than a new one)
Moral of the facts
For them the solution would have been in the following week (so other days ...) the collection of the piece again and perhaps a possible finding of the suitable piece or perhaps a refund. With the customer waiting!
If time is money and you work on it with the means, do a quick calculation of how much you can lose waiting for the convenience of the company.
That's how it went with me !!!!
In other transactions it will certainly be better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have exactly what I needed , they handled the freight shipment from Italy to Florida very professional , Every time I emailed them they got back to me within 24 hours , The engine I purchased from them was in perfect condition as described. Their prices are extremely fair and I was very happy to pay what they were asking for the engine in question because it was one third of the price of the same engine used in the US .
I hope that I have another opportunity to deal with Ricci Giorgio I had such a pleasant experience dealing with them and I hope all is well for the company and their future International business .
