Premetto che la cosa mi pesa moltissimo e avevo bisogno di una persona che mi trattasse come un essere umano e non solo come una paziente o un numero. Ho telefonato al CML e in segreteria la ragazza mi ha subito fatto sentire "accolta", ascoltandomi (non è cosa da tutti) e fissandomi in fine ľappuntamento di consulenza con il dottor Riccardo Testa. Mi sono presentata lì con tutti i miei timori, ansie, dubbi, tremarella e il dottore puntualissimo mi ha fatto accomodare nel suo studio, sedendosi alla scrivania anche lui, molto sereno, molto sicuro, molto tutto. Utilizzando un linguaggio a me comprensibile mi ha spiegato quello che c'è da sapere in merito, anticipando alcune mie domande, tranquillizzandomi su molte mie paure, facendomi vedere, senza che glielo chiedessi, foto del prima e del dopo rimozione. Nessuna fretta! (Erano le 18.00) Nessuno spazientimento! Nessun giudizio sul fatto che al mondo c'è di peggio che la mia frustrazione per un tatuaggio che nemmeno si vede da vestita. Sono uscita da lì molto rasserenata, ora devo solo riflettere sul farlo o meno ma è certo che se deciderò di sì sarà sicuramente con lui. Auguro a tutti di incontrare medici disposti a trattare le persone come propri simili. I turned to the CML because I have long wanted to delete a tattoo on my side. I state that it weighs heavily on me and I needed a person who would treat me as a human being and not just as a patient or a number. I phoned the CML and in the secretariat the girl immediately made me feel "welcomed", listening to me (not for everyone) and finally setting me a consultancy appointment with Dr. Riccardo Testa. I presented myself there with all my fears, anxieties, doubts, trembling and the doctor very punctual made me sit in his office, sitting at his desk too, very serene, very safe, very everything. Using a language that I understand, he explained to me what there is to know about it, anticipating some of my questions, reassuring me about many of my fears, showing me, without asking him, photos of the before and after removal. No hurry! (It was 18.00) No impatience! No judgment that there is worse in the world than my frustration with a tattoo that you don't even see when you are dressed. Sto eseguendo delle sedute Laser al viso per la rimozione di un tatuaggio errato alle sopracciglia, il risultato é stato sbalorditivo fin dalla prima seduta é molto delicato nell'esecuzione del trattamento. Siamo alla fase finale, il tattoo é quasi sparito e molto presto potrò sottopormi ad una seduta di dermopigmentazione correttiva, inoltre mi ha eseguito un trattamento curativo per il viso mantenendo la totale naturalezza ed armonia dei tratti somatici senza alterazione alcuna.
