Dopo aver spiegato il problema mi è stato detto che non c'era nulla da fare e non si sarebbe potuto riparare. Così, per avere una seconda opinione mi sono recato in un altro punto vendita, ho di nuovo spiegato il problema e in meno di 10 minuti me lo hanno risolto e spiegato da cosa era dovuto il malfunzionamento.
I brought a bike with a gearbox problem to find out and evaluate what I could do. After explaining the problem I was told that there was nothing to do and it couldn't be fixed. So, to get a second opinion I went to another store, I again explained the problem and in less than 10 minutes they solved it and explained what caused the malfunction.

Se comprate la bici cinese al supermercato o suLL'internet cercate di comprendere che essendo molto pieni di lavoro, non possono lasciare indietro i servizi alla clientela per star dietro ai difetti delle cacate che vi siete comprati.
Siate educati e non pretenziosi e sarete trattati allo stesso modo.
Se avete la gomma sgonfia, la pompa a mano fai-da-te non ve la nega nessuno.

If you buy the Chinese bike at the supermarket or on the internet try to understand that being very busy, they cannot leave customer services behind to keep up with the defects of the shit you bought.
Be polite and unpretentious and you will be treated the same way.
If you have flat tire, the do-it-yourself hand pump will not deny you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata da loro anni fa per riparare la bicicletta (a pagamento) e mi hanno detto che non potevano perché dovevano servire i loro clienti. Sono felice di poter scrivere che adesso ho dovuto comprare due biciclette nuove e visto che non sono una loro cliente sono andata da altri, che trattano bene tutti.
I went to them years ago to fix the bike (for a fee) and they told me they couldn't because they had to serve their customers. I am happy to be able to write that now I have had to buy two new bicycles and since I am not a customer of theirs I have gone to others, who treat everyone well.
