Nonostante sono i clienti a trovarvi in un periodo di crisi , voi vi permettere di " lavorare così"?

Ho ordinato due grembiuli per la scuola un mese fa ho pagato in anticipo, sono venuta per ritirarli la prima volta e me ne avete dato uno solo per giunta senza ricamo dicendomi che avevate tante richieste e per accontentare tutti ne state dando una alla volta e va bene perché sono tollerante capisco chi lavora perché sono nel commercio anch'io, sono ritornata e l'ho lasciato il martedì e mi avete detto di tornare il sabato così li avrei presi tutti e due. Torno e me ne date sempre e solo uno dicendomi sempre la stessa scusa della prima volta quando sapevo per certo che lo avevate dato senza prenotazione ad un'altra mamma nonché mia amica. Ho fatto presente questa cosa e mi è stato detto che "le mamme parlano solo per parlare, a volte si inventano le cose" vabbè ne ho preso uno e me ne sono andata con l'amaro in bocca. Il giorno dopo torno e chiedo un grembiule senza dire della prenotazione e me lo danno senza esitare. Questo conferma la mia teoria. ZERO PROFESSIONALITÀ. Mi dispiace
I only gave one star not for the quality but because you unfortunately have little professionalism.
I ordered two aprons for school a month ago I paid in advance, I came to collect them the first time and you gave me only one without embroidery telling me that you had many requests and to please everyone you are giving them one at a time and it goes well because i'm tolerant i understand who works because i'm in the trade too, i came back and left it on tuesday and you told me to come back on saturday so i would have both. I come back and you always give me one, always telling me the same excuse as the first time when I knew for sure that you had given it without reservation to another mother and my friend. I pointed this out and I was told that "mothers only talk to talk, sometimes they make things up" oh well I took one and left with a bad taste in my mouth. The next day I come back and ask for an apron without saying the reservation and they give it to me without hesitation. This confirms my theory. ZERO PROFESSIONALISM. I'm sorry
