★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho il comprato molti articoli presso questo negozio e non ho mai avuto problemi, tuttavia circa un mese fa ho acquistato tutto il kit nuovo per la frizione dell’auto. Non ho preso quello più economico, ma il migliore. Ebbene non funziona, ed è difettoso. Ho chiamato il negozio per chiedere loro di mandarmene un altro e io, contestualmente al lavoro del meccanico, avrei rimandato indietro quello difettoso.
Invece non hanno accettato, non mi sono venuti incontro in nessun modo ( io avrei dovuto pagare per 2 volte la manodopera…) e mi sorge il dubbio che i pezzi anche di marca siano una seconda scelta…
Lo sconsiglio vivamente per pezzi di ricambio importanti.

I bought many items at this shop and have never had any problems, however about a month ago I bought the whole new kit for the car's clutch. I didn't get the cheapest one, but the best. Well it doesn't work, and it's faulty. I called the shop to ask them to send me another one and I, at the same time as the mechanic's job, would have returned the defective one.
Instead they did not accept, they did not meet me in any way (I would have had to pay the labor twice ...) and I doubt that even branded pieces are a second choice ...
I strongly advise against it for important spare parts.
