★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essendo un cliente da tempo non posso altro che fare apprezzamenti positivi, per una varietà di cose, dire che il pesce è fresco ormai è scontato ovunque in qualsiasi pescheria o ambulanti, anzi sentirlo stona! Ma il pesce che scelgo e mi vende e buono di qualità e sopratutto surgelato. Il processo di abbattimento è necessario per eliminare parassiti e virus. Preciso che il pesce fresco viene evidenziato da una etichetta.
La varietà e estesa, i consigli di come cucinarli non mancano, e la cortesia è un fiore all'occhiello.
