G	Giulia Nattero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartamento completo di tutto in quartiere tranquillo e strategico, 15 min dalla ferrovia da San marco e anche meno per il ponte Rialto, cucina completa manca solo qualche straccio per pulire, camere in ordine e fornite, unica pecca il termosifone del bagno sporchissimo. In previsione di acqua alta munirsi di stivali perché il cortile si allaga in poco tempo. Apartment complete with everything in a quiet and strategic neighborhood, 15 minutes from the San Marco railway and even less for the Rialto bridge, a complete kitchen lacks only a few rag to clean, tidy rooms, the only flaw in the very dirty bathroom radiator. In anticipation of high water, get boots because the courtyard is flooded in a short time.

Purtroppo, l'appartamento si trova all'ultimo piano accessibile solo con scala senza ascensore particolarmente scomodo se si hanno tanti bagagli, bambini piccoli, passeggini, ecc. Quando vi abbiamo pernottato, l'appartamento era sprovvisto quasi di tutto. Abbiamo dovuto comprare persino la carta igienica. Occorrerebbero senza dubbio le zanzariere alle finestre perché avremo ucciso un centinaio di zanzare. Il prezzo era un po' alto considerando che non eravamo in alta stagione (fine ottobre). The apartment is modern, spacious (3 bedrooms and 5 beds), equipped with a kitchen and two bathrooms and would also be very pleasant. Unfortunately, the apartment is on the top floor accessible only by stairs without a lift, particularly inconvenient if you have lots of luggage, small children, strollers, etc. When we stayed there, the apartment lacked almost anything. We even had to buy toilet paper. The mosquito nets on the windows would undoubtedly be needed because we killed a hundred mosquitoes. The price was a little high considering we were not in high season (late October).

Personalmente metteremmo almeno uno specchio intero, un prodotto per disinfettare e qualche straccio se qualcuno desiderasse pulire un po' più approfonditamente. Non c'era la breakfast ?. Nel complesso ottimo, anche per la posizione in centro. We found the apartment as shown in the photo, satisfactorily cleaned, impeccable bed linen and bathroom, fully equipped kitchen. We would personally put at least one full mirror, one disinfecting product and some rag if someone wanted to clean a little more thoroughly. There was no breakfast. Overall great, even for the downtown location.

Dining room for 10persons, everything are in kitchen ( micro wave oven, electric oven, chiller, dishwasher, cooker, dining set ETC...) Great position!! 5min to mercato di rialto, 15min san marco, only 1 stop vaporeto from venice casino Only 1 negative thing's uncontrollable heater~~ it would be working by timer switch(can't control) when we complained it is working over night

Also the place lacks toilet paper or kitchen paper / towels and only one dishwasher tablet for 3 days. 2 of the 7 advertised beds are actually the couch... place also is not very clean.
C	Chris Phillips on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment was great for our family of six, we stayed in Apartment 3 w/3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. Complaints from other reviewers about beds and mosquitos are overblown. This is Venice and tilt-out windows are pretty much standard, and allow fresh air in along with some mosquitos. Location is good, a bit of a neighborhood feel with markets close by and Rialto Bridge within a ten minute walk. We did not have to go to reception, the driver dropped us off at a vaporetto stop with instruction to go to the third or fourth stop down the canal and get off at St. Stae. Directions were very clear from there, it was just a 200m walk. Access is by keypad. Would stay here again.
F	Faith Eales on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice apartment with a nice balcony however the balcony outside was very dirty which isn't nice as the table is for eating off of..Also it says it sleeps 7 which really isn't correct there is no way 7 would comfortable.fit in the apartment as there is no privacy and the flat is an awkward lay out. However it was in a nice location with nice windows and shutters
K	Katarzyna P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were staying with a group of 13 friends or friends of the friends in 2 apartments: apt 2 & apt 3. First of all: apts were not cleaned properly. Sink blocked in our apt from previous tenants. Dishes and utensils were not taken away from dishwasher:we weren't sure if they are clean & and there was only 1 dishwasher tablet available for cleaning dishes. There was nothing to dry dishes with. There were only 3 single beds and 1 double in apt 2, where I was staying and couch in the living room was counted as a double bed! Which wasn't even mentioned during the renting. 2 friends which not necessary want to share the bed or 2 people who just met were forced to share the couch which wasnt even big enough for them. As we checked apt 3 couch there was big enough only for 1 person. No way 2nd person would fit, unless you sleep on the top of each other. We asked for extra bed or mattress which wasn't provided. This is only my feeling but I didn't really liked the stairs as there were a lot of them, and they didn't have balustrade to hold on
