Materasso in memory molto confortevole e riposo bene. Consigliato! Purchased mattress with container bed. I waited 3 weeks but it was worth it! The guys who came to mount the bed very good and fast. Very comfortable memory mattress and good rest. Recommended!

Quando è stato consegnato a casa ho verificato che era più rigido rispetto alle indicazioni ricevute. La venditrice, che ho subito contattato, mi ha risposto che dovevo tenermelo, senza propormi nessuna soluzione alternativa. Dato che si tratta di un oggetto dal valore superiore a 2mila euro mi sarei aspettato un servizio totalmente diverso. Sicuramente ha perso un cliente. I purchased a SEALY mattress that was not available in the store and I ordered it based on the seller's directions. When it was delivered at home I verified that it was more rigid than the directions received. The seller, who I immediately contacted, replied that I had to keep it, without proposing any alternative solution. Given that it is an object worth over 2 thousand euros I would have expected a totally different service. Surely he lost a client.

La garanzia è scaduta, certo, ma la ditta non è seria e i prodotti valgono quanto quelli di negozi al risparmio dove lo stesso divano dura 2 anni ma almeno lo paghi 200 euro! Non mancherò di sconsigliare vivamente questo rivenditore. Dopo poco più di due anni il materasso presentava un notevole avvallamento al centro, nonostante ci dormisse una persona sola e magra. Contattato il negozio sono rimasta delusa nel constatare che non ci fosse più il signore addetto alla vendita ma una signora che si è dimostrata subito poco disponibile a verificare, data la scadenza della garanzia di soli 2 anni, non specificata al momento dell'acquisto. Dopo molteplici visite e insistenze da parte mia ha finalmente acconsentito ad effettuare una verifica, a detta sua "per educazione" salvo poi chiedere 30 euro. Considerando che il materasso si trova nell'abitazione praticamente di fronte al negozio, mi è sembrata una richiesta assurda. Morale della favola, dovrò ricomprare un materasso ma di certo non mi affiderò a loro. Bought in 2017 a memory double mattress at 590 euros, recommended by the store itself.
