At the appointment (IKEA) agreed 4 weeks ago, due to "problema" not showed up. Second attempt 6 weeks later, however, went smoothly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tempi lunghissimi, il doppio di qualsiasi altro corriere. noi chiediamo espressamente di non usarlo ai nostri fornitori perchè hanno un servizio tremendo, ci hanno causato moltissimi problemi per la merce che ci serviva nei tempi concordati e che è arrivata con 5 giorni di ritardo (oltre 12 giorni per la consegna)
very long times, twice as long as any other courier. we expressly ask not to use it to our suppliers because they have a tremendous service, they caused us many problems for the goods that we needed in the agreed times and that arrived 5 days late (over 12 days for delivery)
