★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho installato una pergotenda bioclimatica acquistata da un vostro rivenditore circa tre anni fa, da subito ho avuto problemi con le aperture delle lamelle ( si bloccavano in continuazione) il rivenditore interviene chiamando la Rgm , un loro tecnico telefonicamente fa eliminare la sicurezza , ed è successo varie volte fino a quando i motori si sono bloccati, tutt’ora il problema non è risolto ( difetto di fabbrica?).
La vernice della struttura in varie parti si è scollata è fuoriuscito l’alluminio grezzo ( difetto di fabbrica?).
Non parliamo della vetrata panoramica con basi scorrevole piegate e per ultimo un vetro si è disintegrato ( difetto di fabbrica?).
I installed a bioclimatic pergola purchased from your dealer about three years ago, I immediately had problems with the openings of the slats (they blocked all the time) the dealer intervenes by calling Rgm, one of their technicians by telephone eliminates the security, and it happened several times until the motors are blocked, still the problem is not solved (factory defect?).
The paint of the structure in various parts has come unstuck and the raw aluminum has come out (factory defect?).
We are not talking about the panoramic window with folded sliding bases and lastly a glass disintegrated (factory defect?).
