★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi spiace dover lasciare questa recensione, perché con il titolare avevamo avuto un rapporto cordiale ma, dopo aver pagato tutto come concordato, oramai un anno fa, con la promessa che in poco tempo si sarebbe risolto tutto e dopo varie sollecitazioni, alle ultime delle quali non ho nemmeno più ricevuto risposta, mi sono ritrovato con:
foto n.1 e 2: porta blindata non sigillata lungo il perimetro, da fuori si vede la luce interna ed entrano spifferi;
3- copricilindro serratura mai più avuto, avevano fatto i fori con quello esterno, che è più largo, (6,5x6,5 cm) e quindi quello originale da interno (5x5 cm) non li avrebbe coperti;
4- porta non installata a livello, si apre da sola fino in fondo (risposta avuta: è installata correttamente...)
5- telaio di una porta montato già scalfito (risposta avuta: possiamo metterci del silicone...)
6- distanza coprifilo-parete non coperta: avevo chiesto una soluzione tipo la foto n.7, con profilo compensativo (risposta avuta: per il profilo dovresti chiamare un falegname...altrimenti possiamo riempirla con il silicone. Ho rifiutato)
8- spazzolini e profili copribinario delle porte in vetro scorrevoli non installati;
9-10 porte in vetro montate storte (risposta sono storti i controtelai e non possiamo farci niente). Ho chiamato un altro montatore,ovviamente pagandolo, che le ha smontate, raddrizzato anche il binario, installato quello che mancava. Ora vanno bene
I am sorry to have to leave this review, because we had a cordial relationship with the owner but, after having paid everything as agreed, now a year ago, with the promise that everything would be resolved in a short time and after various requests, the last of which I didn't even get an answer anymore, I found myself with:
photos 1 and 2: armored door not sealed along the perimeter, from the outside you can see the internal light and drafts enter;
3- lock cylinder cover never had again, they had made the holes with the external one, which is wider, (6.5x6.5 cm) and therefore the original internal one (5x5 cm) would not have covered them;
4- door not installed level, it opens by itself all the way (answer received: it is installed correctly ...)
5- door frame mounted already scratched (answer received: we can put silicone on it ...)
6- distance cover-wall not covered: I asked for a solution such as photo 7, with compensating profile (answer received: for the profile you should call a carpenter ... otherwise we can fill it with silicone. I refused)
8- brushes and rail cover profiles of sliding glass doors not installed;
9-10 glass doors mounted crooked (answer the counter frames are crooked and we can't do anything about it). I called another fitter, obviously paying him, who disassembled them, straightened the track too, installed what was missing. Now they are fine
