★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al di la che ho aspettato un bel po per avere le cartucce e ne ho acquistate 277 non poche...devo dire che la qualità di stampa non è ottimale ma il problema maggiore è la durata...sono arrivate da pochi giorni ma ne ho gia sostituite almeno tre per ogni colore quattro addirittura per il nero e i fogli che stampo bene o male sono sempre gli stessi...direi che non ci siamo ma ovviamente ormai sono state acquistate e pagate è inutile chiamare bisogna solo cambiare fornitore, infatti ne ho trovato già un'altro e tra l'altro ho scoperto che costano la metà esatta, spero solo che non durino la metà altrimenti passo la vita a sostituire cartucce alla stampante e comunque aggiornerò la recensione.
Beyond that I waited a long time to get the cartridges and I bought 277 quite a few ... I must say that the print quality is not optimal but the biggest problem is the duration ... they arrived a few days ago but I have already replaced at least three for each color four even for black and the sheets that I print for good or bad are always the same ... I would say that we are not there but obviously they have now been purchased and paid for it is useless to call you just have to change supplier, in fact I have already found another one and among other things I have discovered that they cost exactly half, I just hope they don't last half, otherwise I spend my life replacing cartridges on the printer and in any case I will update the review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Acquistato 7 toner per stampante laser Brother e alcuni tamburi. Tutti i toner avevano evidente difetto di stampa. Mandato scansioni più volte delle stampe come da loro richiesta, ho fatto il reso, ma nessuna risposta. Servizio di assistenza pessimo perché rispondono con molta lentezza e dopo sollecito. Di sicuro non li consiglierò a chi me lo chiederà. Anzi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il pacco è arrivato in tempi brevi, purtroppo la boccetta di ciano all' interno aveva il tappo rotto e quindi la merce era intrisa di colore. Per fortuna, dopo aver pulito accuratamente il tutto gli altri prodotti era a posto. Segnalato con foto mi è stata spedita un nuova boccetta di color ciano in sostituzione di quella oramai svutata. Buona comunicazione col servizio clienti, consiglierei di proteggere meglio alcuni prodotti per il trasporto in futuro, grazie. Comunque soddisfatto può capitare.
The package arrived quickly, unfortunately the cyan bottle inside had a broken cap and therefore the goods were soaked in color. Fortunately, after thoroughly cleaning the other products everything was fine. Reported with photos, I was sent a new cyan bottle to replace the now emptied one. Good communication with customer service, I would recommend to better protect some products for transportation in the future, thank you. However satisfied it can happen.
