Non è che le sto facendo un favore ...avevo bisogno... sicuramente nn lo richiamerò mai più .... preferisco dare i miei soldi a chi si rivolge con garbo e a chi ama fare il proprio lavoro ... Dopo aver esplicato una mia incertezza nel confermare una data di appuntamento, sono stata liquidata con testuali parole: "...vedo che ha tempo da perdere". Non ho avuto la possibilità di replicare perché aveva già riagganciato e ai miei ripetuti tentativi di richiamare non ho più ricevuto risposta. Prenoterò la mia visita altrove! Capisco che non era possibile prima e mi accontento anche così. Oggi chiamo per confermare il orario del appuntamento che doveva essere domani, 7 di dicembre, la signora mi dice che non ce stato nessun appuntamento confermato e cerca di evitare la propria responsabilità buttando le colpe a me! Anzi che di cercare di risolvere il problema, mi chiude il telefono e finisce così! Due settimane di ansia, perché scrivo e ripeto ansia, paure, perché si tratta di un neo che va tolto urgentemente che avevo spiegato tra altro la signora al telefono, cercando di essere sempre gentile e comunicare in migliori modi. Ma questo e proprio una vergogna per la bravura del Dottore stesso, avere una persona incompetente che si comporta così con i pazienti senza scuse e senza responsabilità per il proprio lavoro! Scusate il mio Italiano in questo modo, sono straniera e fraintesi capitano dappertutto, ma sono rimasta molto male dal proprio atteggiamento della signora! Non lo consiglio, solo per lei!!
