β β β β β In chiusura vado per pagare un mav. Gentilissimo un dipendente fuori dal suo orario di lavoro e visibilmente stanco,mi ha aiutato ad effettuare il pagamento con le casse automatiche! GRAZIE INFINITE CONSIGLIO LA BANCA ANCHE A CHI NON POSSIEDE UN CONTO CON LORO!!!

β β β β β Personale non adatto a soddisfare le richieste dei clienti. Γ da un mese e mezzo che provo a contattare la banca via email o telefono per informazioni urgenti e nessuno risponde.Da chiudere subito i conti e trasfersi.
Staff not suitable to meet customer requests. I have been trying to contact the bank by email or phone for urgent information for a month and a half and no one answers, to close the accounts immediately and move on.

β β β β β Non soddisfatto per assistenza e informazione. E' da 1 mese che provo a contattare la banca sia telefonicamente che via email ma nessuna risposta. In quanto vorrei informazioni urgenti in merito alla mia posizione su una pratica avviata ad Ottobre, ancora ad Aprile non ho nessun risposta. Deluso!!!!!!
Not satisfied for assistance and information. And 'from 1 month to try to contact the bank by telephone or by email but no response. As I want urgent information about my position on a practice started in October, again in April I have no answer. Disappointed!!!!!!

Dicono di prendere appuntamento ma nessuno risponde al telefono, appena riesco a parlare con una persona mi dirotta subito ad un'altra ma in altra data. Quest'ultimo mi dice non se ne occupa lui ma devo tornare dalla precedente che alle mie richieste di chiarimenti alza le braccia dicendo senza darmi alcuna risposta..... E' stata un'odissea terminata grazie alla probabilmente unica persona disponibile e competente della banca.... lasciarla Γ¨ stata una liberazione
Never meet such rude and incompetent people at the same time. They say to make an appointment but no one answers the phone, as soon as I can talk to one person it immediately redirects me to another but on another date. The latter tells me he does not take care of it but I have to go back from the previous one who raises his arms to my requests for clarification, saying without giving me any answer ..... It was an odyssey ended thanks to probably the only available and competent person of the bank .... leaving it was a liberation
