★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordine effettuato il 13 novembre, il jeans era piccolo e come da legge ho effettuato reso nei 14 giorni, sono ben 38 giorni e ancora non vengo rimborsato, li contatto costantemente su whatsapp e mi dicono sempre che devo aspettare il proprietario per il rimborso.
LO SCONSIGLIO A TUTTI
Order placed on November 13th, the jeans were small and as per law I made a return within 14 days, I am 38 days and I am still not refunded, I constantly contact them on whatsapp and they always tell me that I have to wait for the owner for a refund.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE

Zara con milioni di clienti ci mette una settimana ad effettuare rimborsi, e poi dicono di aiutare gli italiani e comprare in Italia, ma a che pro?! Dovete ridarmi i miei soldi, poche scuse!!!!!!!!
