Oltre alla sala pesi, la palestra offre una grande varietà di lezioni e corsi, anche per quelle discipline di "nicchia" come calisthenics, che mi sta piacendo tantissimo, grazie alla competenza ed alla passione trasmessa dagli istruttori.
An excellent gym, Technogym equipment for the weight room, qualified and very helpful instructors, like the rest of the staff, friendly and cordial. In addition to the weight room, the gym offers a great variety of lessons and courses, also for those "niche" disciplines such as calisthenics, which I am enjoying very much, thanks to the competence and passion transmitted by the instructors.
