★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono arrivata in palestra decisamente fuori forma, ma questo era il male minore.
Difficoltà a gestire lo stress, le tante ore passate davanti al computer per lavoro, cattiva postura mi avevano portato a difficoltà nel riposo notturno e risveglio faticoso con il corpo pieno di dolori.
È incredibile come un mese di palestra, con i corretti esercizi, mi abbiano fatta rinascere non solo fisicamente, ma anche mentalmente e psicologicamente.
L'ambiente è molto piacevole e stimolante,si è costantemente seguiti, con discrezione, da personale preparato e amichevole.
Consiglio vivamente questa palestra perché è il luogo giusto per ritornare a star bene con sè stessi in tutti i sensi.
