★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da consigliare assolutamente. Chiamare prodotti i loro trentodoc è assolutamente riduttivo. Incarnano la passione per il bere bene e sono frutto di anni di esperienza e ricerca. Conosco questa cantina di nicchia da alcuni anni e sono ben felice di aver visto una continua crescita. Se passate da Trento fate un salto ad Aldeno e lasciatevi affascinare da queste bollicine dorate.
To be recommended. Calling their trentodoc products is absolutely reductive. They embody the passion for drinking well and are the result of years of experience and research. I have known this niche cellar for a few years and am very happy to have seen continuous growth. If you pass through Trento, go to Aldeno and let yourself be fascinated by these golden bubbles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tre spumanti base (brut, rosé e dosaggio zero) sono degli ottimi vini, ma è con le due riserve, il Cavaliere Nero ed il Palladino, che si tocca l'eccellenza.
Il Cavaliere Nero è un rosé extra brut di pinot nero in purezza, profumatissimo e affascinante, fa 74 mesi sui lieviti!
Il Palladino è eleganza e signorilità, chardonnay 100%, profumi di crosta di pane e fiori bianchi, non ricordo quanto affinamento fa, mi pare 5 anni.
Bravi Paolo, Giacomo e Stefano, sempre gentili e squisiti, è un piacere farvi visita.

I titolari sono molto accoglienti e, oltre a farti visitare la cantina, ti spiegano tutto il loro processo produttivo dal campo alla bottiglia finita. Molto consigliata! La passione che hanno per il vino la si sente nel loro prodotto, molto più buono rispetto a quello di altre aziende vinicole più famose del territorio.
Small winery but with an exceptional wine! The owners are very welcoming and, in addition to letting you visit the cellar, they explain all their production process from the field to the finished bottle. Highly recommended! The passion they have for wine can be felt in their product, much better than that of other more famous wineries in the area.

Al punto di vendita, previo appuntamento, ci attende il fratello Stefano, che fin dal primo istante ci trasmette serenità ed accoglienza.
La storia curiosa della nascita della cantina unitamente ad una degustazione in un locale molto curato, fa passare il tempo (qualche ora) come fossero pochi minuti.
Traspare un impegno ed una passione che non poteva non "ritrovarsi nel bicchiere". Prodotti curiosi, particolari, e studiati per ovviare al banale, sono risultati veramente MOLTO piacevoli ... impossibile andarsene senza qualche cartone!
Un ventaglio di prezzi e di formati compresi quelli grandissimi per accontentare veramente chiunque.
Veramente complimenti. Dimenticavo per la storia interessante di cui sopra: curiosi?

There is a commitment and a passion that could not fail to "find itself in the glass". Curious, particular products, designed to obviate the banal, turned out to be really VERY pleasant ... impossible to leave without some cardboard!
A range of prices and formats including very large ones to really please anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho visitato diverse cantine di Trentodoc e posso dire che a discapito della mancanza di storia della location ho trovato alcuni dei migliori prodotti del consorzio.
Si presenta come una casa privata in cui qualcuno ha iniziato a fare metodo classico nel garage, ma l'accoglienza, la passione e la storia di Reví rendono questa esperienza davvero memorabile.
Le loro bollicine sono davvero buone e la visita e la degustazione in compagnia di Giacomo Malfer sarebbe potuta durare ore per quanto era piacevole.
I visited several wineries in Trentodoc and I can say that despite the lack of history of the location I found some of the best products of the consortium.
It looks like a private house where someone has started doing the classic method in the garage, but the welcome, the passion and the history of Reví make this experience truly memorable.
Their bubbles are really good and the visit and tasting in the company of Giacomo Malfer could have lasted hours as much as it was enjoyable.
