v	valentino scevaroli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una golf 7 serie da loro, tutto perfetto tranne un piccolo pezzo rotto sullo specchietto ( che Reventon ha provveduto immediatamente a sostituire), molto pazienti e coordiali. Non so se le recensioni negative siano vere o meno, comunque io ho avuto un ottima esperienza con loro e a tre mesi dall'acquisto l'auto non ha alcun tipo di problema. Dovessi prendere un'altra auto sicuramente un giro da loro lo rifarò. Consigliati! I bought a golf 7 series from them, all perfect except for a small broken piece on the mirror (which Reventon immediately replaced), very patient and coordinated. I don't know if the negative reviews are true or not, however I had a great experience with them and three months after buying the car has no problem whatsoever. If I had to take another car definitely a ride I'll just make from them. Recommended!

Ricordo a questo signore che ha risposto sotto la mia valutazione che in Italia vige ancora la libertà di espressione e siamo in una democrazia, fortunatamente non siamo più sotto regime fascista degli anni 30! Non ho voluto commentare per rispetto e perché c'era poco da spiegare, nonostante abbia messo nelle opzioni mostrate da google "assenza di professionalità". Pensavo potesse bastare senza scendere nei particolari, ma visto che me lo si chiede procedo ad illustrare la mia stella di valutazione, anche se breve. Ho chiamato un mese fa e poco più la vostra concessionaria per sapere se un auto, vista su autoscout, fosse ancora disponibile, mi fu detto di no. Quel giorno c'era poco segnale e non capii bene cosa mi avesse detto il dipendente, quindi chiesi cortesemente se potesse ripetermi, perché non capivo, costui in maniera poco garbata e con toni alticci, del tutto non professionale, mi disse di spiegare che macchina volevo. A quel punto, visto il tono scazzato del signore, gli risposi semplicemente: non mi interessa, grazie e arrivederci, ed attaccai. Ecco, questo è tutto. Alla fine ho telefonato ad un altro ccncessionario, che mi ha risposto molto educatamente e mi ha fatto andare da lui, e dove ho acquistato l'auto. Ps. vi do anche l'ora e data del giorno per essere più precisi, visto che è memorizzato sul mio cellulare (non so con chi ho parlato): 19 ottobre ore 16:19 Since we are talking about "legal actions" and so on. Il loro punto di forza è la vendita di automobili di importazione, che si riescono ad acquistare a prezzi veramente competitivi. Tu scegli l'auto e loro te la importano occupandosi di svolgere tutte le pratiche. Difficilmente puoi trovare nel loro salone un'auto da acquistare perché sono quasi sempre tutte vendute. Tommaso e Riccardo sono due persone competenti, disponibili, trasparenti e onesti. Con loro si instaura da subito (sino dalla prima email o dalla prima telefonata) un rapporto aperto e cordiale. Se si trova l'accordo (è difficile non trovarlo con queste persone) l'affare è fatto. Ho acquistato un Porsche Macan bellissimo e mi hanno ritirato la mia BMW X4 valutandola in modo adeguato, senza alcuna specializzazione. Anche se il viaggio può essere un po' lungo (come nel mio caso) consiglio vivamente una visita a reventoncar di Noventa vicentina perché è una perla rara The service like the one offered by reventoncar is of the highest level, which only a few car showrooms can achieve. Questo venditore ha ascoltato le mie richieste e mi ha accontentato in tutto. Sono stato assistito in ogni momento dell'acquisto. La mia nuova BMW X4 mi è stata consegnata nei tempi promessi con tanto di bottiglia di champagne nel giorno del ritiro. I needed something special and unique when I do a job where image, as well as reliability obviously, counts a lot. This seller listened to my requests and accommodated me in everything. I was assisted in every moment of the purchase. My new BMW X4 was delivered to me on schedule, complete with a bottle of champagne on the day of collection.

My only recommendation for the future, is to improve the communication, specially after you tell a customer to come over on a specific day after informing vehicle is available but upon arrival on the agreed day told vehicle was sold. A heads up would have been nice and would have saved me a 4 hour trip. Update: Unfortunately I was not told that. I followed the instructions provided by the salesman. Just a feedback for your dealership to continue improving in the future.
