Adriano Pino e Fabio persone molto disponibili. Se devo cambiare macchina tornerò da loro sicuramente!!! Grazie!!! I bought a cherokee jeep a couple of years ago and now a mercedes A-class AMG 45 and I must say I'm really happy; thank you mr. Adriano Pino and Fabio very helpful people. Valutazione dell'usato chiara e vettura acquistata in ottime condizioni, pari al nuovo. Anche se il periodo COVID non è stato favorevole, Adriano e i suoi collaboratori hanno saputo trattare l'acquisto bene, data anche la loro esperienza decennale nel settore Shopping experience with Mr. Adriano very good and above expectations, although there were some problems that made delivery times longer (not directly due to the dealership), we were followed with great availability and cordiality. I won’t explain the global situation because it would take so many lines and too much information not necessary to understand the main idea of my comment : Fabio is not only a real professionnal, he is simply the kind of good guy I like to meet and make deals with ! First of all, he was always in contact with me, even late in the day to keep me updated about the situation (and as I said … it was clearly not an easy one ;) ; we have had so many issues/problems/points to check between me, living in France, and them based in Italy and Fabio speaks very well English (I think it’s the only one at Dal Re…) therefore the communication was perfect ! When I came in Italy to pick up the car he drove me from the railway station to the office and took also some time to drink a famous Italian expresso and … fix perfectly the 2 new French car plates onto the car ! In my mind, if I was his boss, I would promote him to manage especially all the foreign sales that this company may get from countries like France, Spain, Germany and so on … They have lots of car, for sure … but only 1 Fabio !
