Tutto il personale si e' sempre dimostrato disponibile e all'altezza della situazione. Grazie veramente di cuore per tutto. My father was a guest of the facility for about a year and a half. Always treated with respect and courtesy. All the staff have always shown themselves available and up to the occasion. Thank you very much for everything.

Grazie da parte di un nipote che si è reso conto che con il Vostro Amore per il Vostro lavoro, per ognuno degli ospiti della struttura, siete in grado di accompagnare in questo ultimo, ma non meno importante viaggio, coloro che sono nel bisogno di essere presi per mano, accarezzando la loro anima con estrema sensibilità... Nel nostro caso specifico siete riusciti perfino a “sostituire” quell’amore che noi, i famigliari della nostra zia Maria Rosa, non siamo stati più in grado di garantire di persona nel quotidiano…. per mille motivi, nonostante fosse per me, Alessandro, di prioritaria importanza: poter dare ancora alla mia zietta un soffio di amore, uno di quei mille con i quali lei mi ha nutrito!!! Cerchiamo ogni giorno di migliorarci e di dare il meglio. Una recente conferma anche su "Il Resto del Carlino" di venerdì 8 gennaio 2021. R	Roby on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura composta da personale non per niente formato..anziani non seguiti abbandonati nei saloni o nei corridoio, sporchi e pieni di piaghe senza che nessuno se ne accorga. Sono rimasta molto delusa.. un consiglio a tutti i famigliari degli anziani " non abbandonate i vostri cari.. andate a trovarli spesso..non lasciateli nelle mani della struttura.. Mi sento doverosa di rispondere ai responsabile della struttura Singnora Francoise e Signor Nicoletti Se io mi permetto di scrivere una recensione così forte è perché ho visto vivere tutte queste esperienze gravissime sulla pelle dello zio.(e quante altre ne ho viste essendo stata presente quotidianamente.) Abbiamo vissuto una vera agonia...che non auguro a nessuno. Un consiglio: anziché rispondermi controllate l'operato dei vostri collaboratori Per il bene di quei poveri cristi con malattie degenerative...non fateli soffrire.. Roberta Gozio. I was very disappointed .. a piece of advice to all the relatives of the elderly "do not abandon your loved ones .. go and visit them often .. do not leave them in the hands of the structure .. Magari non avessi mai frequentato La Marina ,vorrebbe dire che mia Mamma non sarebbe mai stata ricoverata da voi. E' stato il mio più grande errore , purtroppo non ho seguito i consigli di alcuni conoscenti che me lo sconsigliavano e purtroppo avevano ragione. If you love your loved ones, do not bring them to this place elderly abandoned to themselves and badly treated a structure to be closed. If I had never attended La Marina, it would mean that my Mom would never have been hospitalized by you. It was my biggest mistake, unfortunately I didn't follow the advice of some acquaintances who advised against it and unfortunately they were right.

In occasione di questa pandemia sono state attuate e rispettate tutte le disposizioni impartite dalle autorità. Come esperienza personale sono stata molto, molto soddisfatta !!! Coplimenti. Ideal structure for disabled and non-disabled elderly people. Staff attentive to their needs and the human aspect. Great location in both summer and winter. During this pandemic, all the provisions issued by the authorities were implemented and respected. As a personal experience I was very, very satisfied !!! Coplimenti.
I	Ivan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La bellezza del posto (la clinica si affaccia sul mare) non corrisponde al servizio offerto. Personale poco formato e poco attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Gli ospiti presenti spesso risultano sporchi e normalmente abbandonati a loro stessi nel salone centrale, senza un minimo di controllo. Addirittura abbiamo trovato il nostro parente, ricoverato in struttura, con piaghe da decupito senza che nessuno tra OSS e Infermieri se ne accorgesse (Abbiamo vissuto una lenta ma inesorabile agonia fatta di continue discussioni, ma senza mai ottenere alcun risultato). In ogni caso, a mio parere, la struttura non è assolutamente in grado di gestire ospiti malati di Alzheimer o di altre malattie degenerative. Parenti, mi raccomando, non abbandonate i vostri familiari in balia della struttura. Buon giorno. Per Vostra opportuna conoscenza una recensione seppur negativa rientra nella libertà di critica e non può essere inquadrata nel "reato di diffamazione" come vorreste far ventilare. Cosi come ricevete recensioni positive da taluni, dovete accettare le recensioni negative frutto di esperienze personali vissute da altri. In ogni caso per mia fortuna, non ho più parenti nella vostra struttura e già da svariato tempi. Quanto indicato nella precedente recensione è frutto di situazioni vissute all'interno della vostra struttura. Sono contento per voi se taluni parenti sono soddisfatti del trattamento a loro rivolto. Io certamente non posso esserlo. Buon 2021. The beauty of the place (the clinic overlooks the sea) does not correspond to the service offered. Staff poorly trained and not attentive to guests' needs. The guests present are often dirty and normally left to themselves in the central hall, without a minimum of control. We even found our relative, hospitalized in the structure, with bedsores without anyone between OSS and Nurses noticing (We lived a slow but inexorable agony made up of continuous discussions, but without ever getting any results). In any case, in my opinion, the facility is absolutely unable to handle guests with Alzheimer's or other degenerative diseases. Relatives, please, do not abandon your family members at the mercy of the structure. Good morning. Just as you receive positive reviews from some, you have to accept negative reviews from personal experiences of others. In any case, luckily for me, I no longer have relatives in your facility and for various times already. A	Alessandra Fontani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto la fortuna di portare mamma in tempo presso questa casa di riposo, quando a casa non riuscivo più ad accudirla neppure con gli aiuti. Per la sua sicurezza e la mia tranquillità mi sono rivolta a questa struttura che già conoscevo. La casa di riposo La Marina negli anni è diventata sempre più accogliente e gli ospiti hanno degli ambienti spaziosi dove trovarsi a giocare a carte e il bello di essere sul mare è che possono andare accompagnati anche sulla spiaggia. Mia mamma ha i suoi “gusti” se preferisce giocare a carte. Ho già scritto quello che penso nella pagina di Facebook e mi sento di poter ribadire che avendo frequentato a lungo e per molte ore questa struttura, gli ospiti sono seguiti e devo davvero ringraziare il personale e la Direzione tutta per le cure ricevute... mamma (io posso parlare per lei) è rinata!! Sono davvero riconoscente per tutto e non vedo l’ora di poter tornare a rivedere tutti i miei amati nonni acquisiti e ridere e scherzare con loro come facevamo prima di questo momento di lock down mondiale. Anche ora si prodigano a stare vicino a loro e a noi famigliari!! GRAZIE GRAZIE, io l’ho consigliato a molti dei miei amici! Mamma è qui da due anni e si trova bene!! Tutti la coccolano... I was lucky enough to bring my mother to this retirement home in time, when at home I was no longer able to look after her even with help. For its safety and my tranquility I turned to this structure that I already knew. Over the years, the La Marina retirement home has become increasingly welcoming and guests have spacious rooms where they can play cards and the beauty of being on the sea is that they can also go accompanied on the beach. My mom has her "tastes" if she prefers to play cards. I have already written what I think on the Facebook page and I feel I can reiterate that having attended this structure for a long time and for many hours, the guests are looked after and I really have to thank the staff and the management for the care received ... mom (I can speak for her) is reborn !! I am really grateful for everything and I can't wait to be able to go back to see all my beloved grandparents in law and laugh and joke with them as we did before this moment of worldwide lockdown. Even now they do their utmost to stay close to them and to us family !! THANK YOU THANK YOU, I have recommended it to many of my friends! Mom has been here for two years and she's fine !! Everyone cuddles her ...
