Die Käseknödel mit Kraut waren geschmacklos und ungenießbar. Wir wären sehr enttäuscht. We came to the Jochalm today. We ordered a bacon dumpling soup and cheese dumplings with coleslaw. The soup was lukewarm. The cheese dumplings with cabbage were tasteless and inedible. We would be very disappointed.

S	Stefan X on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vor wenigen Tagen (Ende Oktober 2015) kehrten meine drei Freunde und ich auf dem Rückweg von einer Bergwanderung zur Stöffl Hütte in der Käserei Joch-Alm ein. Die schöne Berghütte ist vom Parkplatz aus in knappen 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Helmuth Obrist, der Wirt, ein vorbildlicher, liebenswerter Gastgeber, spielte für seine Gäste auf seiner Steirischen Harmonika. Die Qualität unserer Speisen (ich aß ein saftig gebratenes Cordon bleu mit Röstkartoffeln und einem gemischten Salat), der für eine Berghütte relativ günstige Preis (jetzt nicht teurer werden, Helmuth), das vom Wirt spendierte geistige Getränk und vielleicht auch seine netten, hübschen Töchter stimmen uns auf eine baldige Wiederkehr ein. Liebe Grüße von den Bayern Andreas, Lothar, Werner und mir (Stefan) aus dem nebligen München. Nachtrag vom 04.03.2020 Nach meinem derzeitigen Kenntnisstand verwöhnt Helmuth seine Gäste jetzt auf der nicht weit entfernten Klausner Hütte. A few days ago (at the end of October 2015), my three friends and I came back from a mountain hike to the Stöffl hut in the Joch-Alm cheese dairy. The beautiful mountain hut can be reached from the parking lot in less than 10 minutes on foot. Helmuth Obrist, the landlord, an exemplary, lovable host, played for his guests on his Styrian harmonica. The quality of our dishes (I ate a juicy Cordon bleu with roasted potatoes and a mixed salad), the relatively cheap price for a mountain hut (don't get more expensive now, Helmuth), the intellectual drink donated by the landlord and maybe his nice, pretty daughters agree to a return soon. Greetings from Bayern Andreas, Lothar, Werner and me (Stefan) from the foggy Munich. Addendum from 04.03.2020 According to my current state of knowledge, Helmuth is now spoiling his guests at the Klausner hut not far away.

Il posto di ristoro nasce come caseificio e si possono degustare e acquistare i formaggi prodotti in loco. I prodotti propri non sono sempre disponibili. Si servono piatti tipici con un rapporto qualità/prezzo molto buono. Il servizio e rapido e cortese. The hut is located not far from the car park from where a circular walk begins that leads to the Stoeffl Hutte. The refreshment post was born as a dairy and you can taste and buy the cheeses produced on site. Own products are not always available. Typical dishes are served with a very good quality / price ratio. The service is fast and friendly.

Leider trug er keine Schutzmaske und hielt auch den 1- Meter- Abstand nicht ein. Cozy place with several tables outside. Nice, friendly, attentive waiter! Unfortunately he did not wear a protective mask and did not keep the one meter distance.
