abbiamo portato mio padre il giovedi per l inserimento in struttura, il sabato mattina ( quindi dopo 2 giorni neanche, di permanenza) si è sentito male ed è stato trasportato in ambulanza in ospedale!
E' venuto poi a mancare nei giorni successivi purtroppo!
Avendo bonificato l' intero importo, per il primo mese di degenza in struttura, in anticipo, abbiamo (visto lo svolgere dei fatti..) chiesto un rimborso per non aver usufruito del servizio.
In tutta risposta, ci siamo sentiti dire che non avevamo diritto a nessun rimborso spese, QUANDO IL CONTRATTO DICEVA ESATTAMENTE L OPPOSTO!
Incaricato pertanto un avvocato, per far valere il nostro diritto, il tutto si è concluso a nostro favore!

Rimasto comunque, nei confronti di questa struttura, un sentimento di malcontento e assoluta irritazione!
Administrative staff absolutely NOT HONEST!
we took my father on Thursday for the insertion in the structure, on Saturday morning (so after 2 days of stay) he felt ill and was transported by ambulance to the hospital!
He then passed away in the following days unfortunately!
Having cleared the entire amount, for the first month of hospitalization in the structure, in advance, we (seen the unfolding of the facts ..) asked for a refund for not having used the service.
In response, we were told that we were not entitled to any reimbursement of expenses, WHEN THE CONTRACT SAID EXACTLY THE OPPOSITE!
Therefore appointed a lawyer, to enforce our right, everything ended in our favor!
PS
There remained however, towards this structure, a feeling of discontent and absolute irritation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laboratorio analisi da 5 stelle!! Consigliato gentili disponibili. Per quanto riguarda l' assistenza sanitaria dei medici di base per i non residenti totalmente assente!!! Ti dirottano su presidio medico di Montalto Marina spesso chiuso ed utile solo per prescrizione ricette,pagate care a 15 euro. Non di certo per avere visite e consulti medici!!!
5-star analysis laboratory !! Recommended kind helpful. As for general practitioners' health care for non-residents totally absent !!! They hijack you on a medical facility in Montalto Marina that is often closed and only useful for prescribing prescriptions, paid dearly at 15 euros. Certainly not for medical visits and consultations !!!
