Nonostante il periodo difficile che tutti stiamo affrontando a causa del Covid, ho notato tanto impegno da parte del personale nel fronteggiare al meglio la situazione contingente.A me interessa vedere e sentire mia madre serena e felice e credo che questo obiettivo sia stato ampiamente raggiunto. Gli ambienti della struttura sono puliti, gli ospiti vengono accuditi con affetto e la cucina è buona .Complimenti agli operatori e ai responsabili della struttura per tutto quello che hanno fatto e stanno facendo, un caro saluto a tutti e ....continuate così, un abbraccio I can only say well about this structure where my dear mother has been residing for two years, where even recently I have seen her psycho / physical performance improve. The rooms of the structure are clean, the guests are cared for with affection and the cuisine is good. Il personale è garbato e la manager Luana è disponibile per la soluzione di problemi che sia necessario affrontare anche da remoto. Consigliabile. My mother, born in Montebuono, has been staying at Villa Luana for months. This is a nice and well maintained property. The staff is polite and the manager Luana is available for the solution of problems that need to be addressed even remotely. Advisable.

Giunta a Villa Luana vedevo confermato il mio ideale di residenza , qui gli anziani vengono considerati nella loro univocità, con un'assistenza personalizzata che anticipa i loro bisogni coinvolgendoli in attività ricreative stimolanti e aggreganti. Finalmente aria di cambiamento nella gestione di queste residenze, complimenti per il coraggio di fare la differenza . After having tried so many residences I was disheartened by the processes adopted and disillusioned I thought about my "ideal of residence for the elderly": a residence that abandoned the old institutionalizing models and also guaranteed dignity, respect and assistance to the elderly. When I arrived at Villa Luana I saw my ideal of residence confirmed, here the elderly are considered in their uniqueness, with personalized assistance that anticipates their needs by involving them in stimulating and aggregating recreational activities. Ambiente pulitissimo gestito con professionalità e cura di ogni aspetto. In questo periodo in cui abbiamo tutti molte preoccupazioni, la gestione dell emergenza è stata eccellente. La consiglio. Davvero incredibile... il nostro caro ad oggi risiede in questa meravigliosa struttura e con il passare dei giorni aumenta la professionalità e la cortesia di coloro che si adoperano per rendere piacevole il soggiorno a Villa Luana... altra nota di merito è l'assistenza medica interna offerta oltre ad altri servizi utili agli anziani residenti... se ne avessi l'opportunità darei come voto 10 stelle, ma posso senz'altro ringraziare tutti coloro che vi operano perché sono ognuno singolarmente delle persone straordinarie.
