★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo ristorante dai toni minimal, con pochi piatti ma ricercati, lo chef di soli 26 anni si è messo in gioco con azzardi molto ben riusciti. Staff gentilissimo e preparato, offre quasi un esperienza da ristorante stellato vista la cura nella preparazione piatti e nel servizio offerto.
 Excellent restaurant with minimal tones, with few but refined dishes, the 26-year-old chef has put himself out there with very successful ventures. Very kind and well-trained staff, it almost offers a starred restaurant experience given the care in the preparation of the dishes and in the service offered.

Se posso azzardare un consiglio, direi allo chef di azzardare di più e spingere su un po' di innovazione, che potrebbe essere molto apprezzata soprattutto nel menu degustazione. Molto gradita anche la piccola sorpresina finale in onore del mio compleanno.
I tried the tasting menu and was satisfied. Nice staff and nice environment, to try. If I can hazard a piece of advice, I would tell the chef to go wild and push on a bit of innovation, which could be very much appreciated especially in the tasting menu. The final little surprise in honor of my birthday is also very welcome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aperti solo da giugno 2021si sono subito contraddistinti rispetto ad altre realtà. Chef e pastry chef giovanissimi con diverse esperienze all'estero. Abbiamo preso il menù degustazione tutto si è aperto con una amuse-bouche e si è concluso con petit four. Tutti i piatti sono stati spiegati dallo chef che per ogni portata usciva in sala.
Consiglio di provare questa esperienza e complimenti a tutto lo staff.
Open only from June 2021, they immediately distinguished themselves from other realities. Very young chefs and pastry chefs with different experiences abroad. We took the tasting menu and it all started with an amuse-bouche and ended with petit four. All the dishes were explained by the chef who came out in the dining room for each course.
I recommend trying this experience and congratulations to all the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was excellent 10/10! The chefs have so much knowledge and skill. The flavour combinations and presentation were outstanding. This place should have a Michelin star! The service was superb, hosts were attentive and friendly. I had the 4 course tasting menu with wine pairings. It was very well priced and the quality second to none. The wine was exquisite!
