Pulito, e abbastanza carino e fornito l'appartamento. Excellent location, very convenient for taking buses to Venice, and also very close to the center of Mestre. Clean and nice enough and provided the apartment.

На 7 октомври пристигнахме в Residenze Venezia Apartments, от там ми казаха, че няма да могат да ни настанят а парите ще ми бъдат върнати след няколко дни. Изключително неприятна ситуация която развали цялото ми пътуване. След разговор със служител на Booking/който в последствие разбрах, ми е подал доста некоректна информация как се действа в подобна ситуация/, разбрах че ще трябва да си намерим друг хотел в който да отседнем и да заплатим отново за престоя си. Защо не ни настаниха в Residenze Venezia Apartments не можах да разбера, гости на хотела които пристигнаха, след нас бяха любезно настанени. Изуми ме и факта, че ако аз направя резервация през Booking, и я откажа в последния момент хотела е компенсиран на 100% и получава цяла сума която аз съм превела по тяхна сметка. Но ако хотела откаже да ме настани въпреки, че е изтеглип парите за моя престой, ангажимента му е само да ми върне сумата и то след време. Пълен АБСУРД. Не съм доволна от отношението което получих от Residenze Venezia Apartments, не бих го препоръчала. I made a reservation through Booking at the end of August 2019. for 4 nights from October 7 to 11, 2019 and the money for the nights was withdrawn from my credit card. On October 7, we arrived at Residenze Venezia Apartments, from there they told me they would not be able to accommodate us and my money would be returned in a few days. An extremely unpleasant situation that ruined my entire trip. After talking to a Booking staff member (who subsequently found out, he gave me quite incorrect information about how to deal with this situation), I realized that we would have to find another hotel to stay and pay again for our stay. Why we were not accommodated in Residenze Venezia Apartments could not find out the hotel guests who arrived after us were kindly accommodated. I was also amazed at the fact that if I make a reservation through Booking and cancel it at the last minute the hotel is compensated 100% and receives the entire amount that I have transferred to their account. But if the hotel refuses to accommodate me even though it has withdrawn the money for my stay, its commitment is only to pay back the amount to me over time. Absurd. I am not satisfied with the attitude I received from Residenze Venezia Apartments, I would not recommend it.
g	gabriele sirotti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pessimo residence, appartamenti vecchi e trasandati, impianti elettrici non a norma. la cucina fa schifo, è sporca e le padelle sono inutilizzabili. la lavatrice non è collegata all'acqua quindi non è utilizzabile. sono rimasto un mese per lavoro e mi ha cambiato 15 appartamenti (fanno tutti pietà), in alcuni è anche difficile sedersi sul water. è in una bella posizione, la piazza sottostante è costantemente occupata da barboni e tossici, sconsigliato per famiglie. bad residence, old and scruffy apartments, non-compliant electrical systems. the kitchen sucks, is dirty and the pans are unusable. the washing machine is not connected to water so it cannot be used. I stayed a month for work and changed 15 apartments (they all pity), in some it is also difficult to sit on the toilet. it is in a beautiful position, the square below is constantly occupied by bums and junkies, not recommended for families.

Centro Mestre tanti servizi e ottimi collegamenti con Venezia ma con tutto il Veneto soprattutto con Aeroporto Marco Polo e Aeroporto Treviso ma anche con FS Mestre. Excellent mini apartments for short or long stays. Excellent welcome and excellent value for money. Mestre center many services and excellent connections with Venice but with all of Veneto especially with Marco Polo Airport and Treviso Airport but also with FS Mestre.

S	Spencer Bullent on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice room on the top floor. Had WiFi, small kitchen and a washing machine. Loads of wardrobe space. There were two minor let downs, the reception is not manned from 12:30 to 15:00 so early check-ins involve a call and a wait and there was a bar with a terrace blaring music out till the early hours, so was not the quietest of rooms, though not so noisy that ear plugs were not effective. I would definitely book again if I needed somewhere to stay in Mestre.
S	Saïd Jamoure on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the Hotel is in an old building, and the pictures of it online are not representative of the real rooms, it is well maintained, clean and the Kitchen area is fairly equipped. The bathroom is on the smaller side though and the windows isolation is not the best. Another inconvenience was mosquitos: It is not a deal breaker just something you should bear in mind, and probably get a mosquito repellent. It is right across the street from a bus stop who would take you right to the heart of Venice in about 20 minutes, while being, at the same time located in an area close to the center of Mestre where you can get whatever you need (plenty of shopping centers, restaurants, stores and supermarkets are not far off.) The receptionist, although not always at the front desk, is nice, friendly and very helpful. He was the one who arranged for our trip back to the Marco Polo airport in a nice car, driven by an equally nice guy. All in all, I think it’s a quite good choice for people who want to visit Venice without staying in a high price establishment on the one of the islands.
