C	Claudia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefono allo studio per prendere appuntamento con una Dott.ssa che mi è stata consigliata da un familiare causa una possibile infiammazione interna ad un orecchio. Parlo con una segretaria e chiedo gentilmente di poter avere l'appuntamento in un qualsiasi giorno ma verso sera, tra gli ultimi, causa lavoro. Mi viene risposto che non è possibile perchè non si può lasciare la Dott.ssa con un "buco" di 1 ora perchè altrimenti starebbe con le mani in mano. Insisto e chiedo più volte dato che lavoro tutto il giorno, ma "questi sono gli ordini della Dott.ssa". Ora ... posso capire che sia poco piacevole ritrovarsi con un "buco" tra gli appuntamenti, ma essendo una visita PRIVATA e quindi A PAGAMENTO, il paziente/cliente si aspetta di essere come minimo accontentato. Primo e unico studio medico che accontenta i "comodi" del Dottore/Dottoressa e non del paziente CHE PAGA. Fosse una visita non a pagamento potrei capire .... ma per non ritrovarsi un "buco" di 1 ora (che chissà, poteva tranquillamente essere riempito successivamente) lo studio ha perso una cliente e mi sono rivolta ad un altro Dottore. I speak to a secretary and kindly ask to be able to have an appointment on any day but towards evening, among the last ones, due to work. I am told that it is not possible because you can not leave the Doctor with a "hole" of 1 hour because otherwise she would be with our hands. I insist and ask several times since I work all day, but "these are the orders of the Doctor". Now ... I can understand that it is not very pleasant to find yourself with a "gap" between appointments, but being a PRIVATE visit and therefore PAID, the patient / client expects to be satisfied at least. First and only medical office that satisfies the "comforts" of the Doctor and not the patient WHO PAYS. If it were a free visit I could understand .... but in order not to find a 1 hour "hole" (which who knows, could easily be filled later) the office lost a client and I turned to another Doctor.

Nicastro si è dimostrato molto competente e disponibile a cercare di definire le possibili cause suggerendo al mio medico di base quali accertamenti si potevano fare secondo familiarità e riscontri del caso. Dopo ultimo episodio più significativo la segretaria gentilissima e tempestiva mi ha fatto visitare subito nello stesso gg della perdita ematica senza appuntamento e il dott. ha provveduto ad eseguire bruciatura della varice. Posso solo ringraziarli in quanto tali episodi mi causavano un po' d'ansia e disagio. Consiglio lo studio per professionalità e competenza I had problems with repeated episodes of nasal nosebleeds which worried me as they recurred often. Dr. Nicastro proved to be very competent and willing to try to define the possible causes by suggesting to my general practitioner which tests could be done according to familiarity and findings of the case. After the last most significant episode, the very kind and timely secretary made me visit immediately in the same day of the blood loss without an appointment and Dr. he proceeded to burn the varice. I can only thank them as such incidents caused me some anxiety and discomfort. I recommend the studio for professionalism and competence
