★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My reservation was cancelled after I arrived at Monza. They have horrible customer service. They hung up on me twice while I was trying to get clarification on why my reservation was cancelled. They claimed they attempted to run my updated credit card info to guarantee the reservation, however I’ve contacted my bank and no such attempt was made. Think twice before booking here.
