H	Harald Mieg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schöne, gepflegte Wohnanlage mit Pool - schlimme Nächte in Apartment 22D. Der Park ist sehr gepflegt, ebenso der schöne Pool. Die Verwaltung ist bemüht und sehr nett. Die Infrastruktur am Ort, inkl. Stand, ist lobenswert. Leider sind nicht alle Apartments renoviert, so 22D, wo wir zwei Wochen verbrachten. Das Apartment hat einen Renovationsrückstand von mindestens 15 Jahren. Die Spüle in der Küche ist so verkommen, dass wir als Notlösung Plastikschüssel kauften. Im Bad kleben Generationen abgebrochener Handtuchhaken, die Wannenfugen sind vielfach schwarz. Richtig schlimm aber waren die ersten 5-6 Nächte. Wir hatten die Wahl zwischen Hitze (über 30 Grad) oder (Höllen-)Lärm durch ein mobiles Klimagerät. Das Gerät war entweder kaputt oder völlig überfordert, das viele Kondenswasser überschwemmte das Wohnzimmer. Fenster nachts offen lassen ist wegen der Mücken keine Alternative, zudem hatten wir auch schon einen Dieb des Nachts auf dem Balkon (2. Stock, kein Problem hinzugelangen). Wir kauften ausziehbare Insektenschutzfenster, so konnten wir die Nachttemperatur in der Wohnung erträglich halten. Fazit: Wohnanlage empfehlenswert (4-5 Sterne), Apartment 22D nicht (1-2 Sterne). Nice, well maintained complex with pool - bad nights in apartment 22D. The park is well maintained, as is the beautiful pool. The administration is endeavored and very nice. The infrastructure on site, including the stand, is commendable. Unfortunately, not all the apartments are renovated, so 22D, where we spent two weeks. The apartment has a renovation residue of at least 15 years. The sink in the kitchen is so degenerate that we bought as a stopgap plastic bowl. In the bathroom, generations of broken towel hooks stick together, the bathtub joints are often black. Really bad but were the first 5-6 nights. We had the choice between heat (over 30 degrees) or (hell) noise by a mobile air conditioner. The device was either broken or completely overwhelmed, the many condensation water flooded the living room. Window open at night is not an alternative because of the mosquitoes, we also had a thief at night on the balcony (2nd floor, no problem to get there). We bought retractable insect screens, so we could keep the night temperature in the apartment bearable. Conclusion: condominium recommended (4-5 stars), apartment 22D not (1-2 stars).

Un valore aggiunto sono i custodi Clara ed Ezio, persone splendide, sempre disponibili e di gran aiuto..bravi!!!! A piece of Jesolo history ... I attend it as a real estate agent, if you buy at a good price it is an excellent solution. An added value are the custodians Clara and Ezio, wonderful people, always available and of great help..beautiful !!!!

Ogni appartamento ha a disposizione un ombrellone e due lettini in spiaggia, e lettini in pineta ed a bordo piscine Great place for families. The pool area is great and if you rather like the sea they have reserved sun chairs for you! There is also some very good restaurantes in the nearby area!
