In una situazione come quella in cui ci troviamo, a causa del covid non stato possibile farle visita, ma abbiamo avuto la possibilità di parlarle grazie al personale. My grandmother has moved to this structure, I can say that the staff has always been very helpful and friendly. In a situation like the one in which we find ourselves, due to the covid it was not possible to visit her, but we had the opportunity to speak to her thanks to the staff.
A	Antonio Mariano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non capisco come si faccia a essere così crudeli con i residenti anziani, da quando è iniziata l'epidemia del Corona virus questi poveri disgraziati sono abbandonati a se stessi. Non ricevono più assistenza per mangiare, se non riescono rimangono digiuni. Molti degenti sono morti per mancanza di cure e nessuno se n'è accorto, nessuno li ha denunciati. Dove sono gli organi di controllo? È vergognoso! Spero che moltimdi quelli che hanno vissuto questa esperienza la condividano al più presto e che le autorità competenti prendano le misure necessarie. N	Nadia De Paoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mia mamma risiede in struttura dal mese di maggio 2020 devo dire che nonostante questo periodo molto difficile e particolarmente grave posso ringraziare la disponibilità la professionalità e l'impegno dimostrato da tutto il personale che fa parte e che gestisce la struttura . Mia mamma è in grado di intendere e di volere le sue risposte emotive date in questo periodo sono sempre state molto proficue e noi come famigliari molto attenti abbiamo potuto notare quanto il suo benessere fosse sempre il primo posto come obiettivo per gli operatori della Struttura My mother has been living in the structure since May 2020, I must say that despite this very difficult and particularly serious period, I can thank the availability, professionalism and commitment shown by all the staff who are part of and manage the structure. Considerato che si può chiamare il famigliare ospite nella struttura dalle ore 9.00 alle ore 20.00, ho telefonato all'ora di cui sopra. Mi risponde "l'infermiera" di turno che in modo scocciato e alquanto maleducato mi dice di non stare 3 ore al telefono con mia madre. Dopo soli 2 minuti di conversazione, sgrida mia madre urlando e mi chiude il telefono in faccia. La scorsa domenica, la stessa, sempre per telefono, aveva atteggiamenti altrettanto indicibili. Sono inorridita ed angosciata. Mia mamma è cardiopatica, non vede, è fragile. L'accaduto è molto grave. E pretendo immediato intervento. Per il restante personale, ho riscontrato invece una discreta competenza, ma questo è relativo e prenderò adeguati provvedimenti. 17.03 hours today 02/27/2021 (Premise: "My mom is in the facility not by her or my choice" ...)
