Excellent structure nothing to say for that minimum that I could visit, (ie the entrance) deserves the five stars .. but I feel like giving 1 for the bad reception towards those who would like to enter not from private.

Mia madre è stata per poco perché le sue condizione di salute era precarie. Tutto lo staff , dal direttore sanitario alle infermieri e oss, ha saputo rendere il suo ultimo periodo di vita, il più sereno possibile con cure costanti e dedizione. p	paola cascone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voglio spendere un po' di tempo per recensire questa struttura. Lo merita. La mia nonnina, affetta da demenza senile, è in questa struttura da quasi un anno. I miei genitori si sono affidati a loro per garantirle un'assistenza adeguata alla sua condizione. La prima caratteristica che voglio mettere in evidenza è l'umanità con la quale ogni giorno tutto il personale affronta ogni routine. C'è cuore nel loro lavoro e lo si percepisce. Segue poi un'ottima assistenza medica che garantisce il primo soccorso e trasferimenti immediati in ospedale qualora ce ne dovesse essere bisogno. Non esiste il concetto di sedativo 'così stai zitto'... esiste assistenza punto e basta. La struttura è nuova, pulita e ben tenuta. È davvero una seconda casa che ci garantisce la sicurezza ed il supporto morale e fisico di cui necessita un figlio che debba gestire una malattia del genere del proprio genitore. È possibile far visita tutti i giorni in orari prestabiliti, al mattino ed al pomeriggio e senza preavviso. I pazienti vengono coinvolti in attività ludiche e di intrattenimento . Spesso si festeggiano vari eventi a cui tutti sono invitati a partecipare. Ovviamente tutto ha un costo, non esiguo, ma a mio parere giustissimo per questo tipo di assistenza. Various events are often celebrated in which everyone is invited to participate. Obviously everything has a cost, not insignificant, but in my opinion very right for this type of assistance. I can't help but speak well of it.
V	Valentina Granozio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nemmeno una stella vale questa struttura...non vi affidate ad una struttura che si nasconde dietro la parola " anni sereni" o dietro la parvenza di tante belle parole come accoglienza e amore...in un periodo come questi, del covid , mia nonna non si è sentita bene, è stata mandata all'ospedale dalla struttura , dove purtroppo non ce l'ha fatta ( 29 aprile), i dottori hanno ammesso una disidratazione accentuata. Non posso criticare il loro lavoro perché non ero e non siamo potuti essere presenti, di certo però posso dire che alla data attuale, non abbiamo ricevuto né una telefonata né un messaggio di condoglianze. Le persone non devono essere considerate solo numeri che portano soldi e se non li portano più, si può anche essere insensibili verso le persone care a cui apparteneva. Posso dunque criticare certamente la disumanità dimostrata prima, durante e dopo il triste giorno...? Se lo pubblico è solo per fare giustizia al prossimo ! O	Ornella Spera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io e mia sorella abbiamo pensato a lungo a tutti gli aspetti per rendere pubblica una recensione alla struttura Anni Sereni di Bellizzi e speriamo di non tralasciarne qualcuno. Nostra madre è stata amorevolmente ospitata in questa struttura e tutti le hanno donato tanto affetto e tante coccole. Il suo stato di salute è stato costantemente monitorato dai medici.Nei momenti piu complicati rilevante è stata la tempestivita' nell’analizzare le problematiche e l’immediatezza nel risolverle. Ed è proprio in queste circostanze che si è evidenziato una forte dose di umanita' , intesa come comprensione, empatia , amore autentico sia nei confronti degli ospiti che dei familiari. La comunicazione interpersonale di tutti gli operatori si è rivelata sempre garbata ed efficace . Tutto il personale infermieristico , socio sanitario si è reso sempre disponibile a soddisfare le richieste dei familiari dei pazienti , creando così una fattiva e valida collaborazione . La struttura, sempre pulita e profumata , ha dato costantemente la possibilità di visitare i familiari , anche in questo triste momento della pandemia . Di fondamentale importanza , infine sono state le videochiamate, utili per rinforzare e consolidare il rapporto ospite -familiare. Pertanto, esprimiamo i nostri più sentiti ringraziamenti a tutto il personale che , sempre con tanto affetto , si è preso cura della “fragilità “ di nostra madre . Grazie di cuore!
